I contact the store and let them know what was happening and figure out my options. After trying a few things and waiting for a time where I would be off work. I returned the washer and echanged it for a bran new until. The store was really graceful and helpful. They offered to repair the washer however I was set to just spend the extra and get a new unit. I sent my dad up here to pick up the unit and he was given zero problems picking up something not in his name and did a dull return and everything. They were very easy to deal with and really took care of me when a problem came up. I can't wait to shop here again.

My refrigerator wasn't working properly, and I paid $140 for the diagnostic visit. The technician basically told me the repair would be too expensive and recommended replacing the refrigerator. Then--nothing. They never called me back with a repair estimate, never followed up, and never explained the next steps. I had to call them myself several days later. I was actually ready to buy a new Samsung refrigerator from Capritta and even had one selected from their website. It was the last day of a Memorial Day promotion, and I explained that I needed a refrigerator urgently. The sales department still couldn't help me and insisted everything had to be done by email. I eventually spoke with supervisor Rebecca, but I felt completely dismissed rather than helped. I then called another company. They delivered a new refrigerator the next day AND determined that my old refrigerator was actually repairable. So I paid Capritta $140, received no estimate, no follow-up, and no meaningful solution--while another company solved my problem. Extremely frustrating customer service. I will never use Capritta again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The repairman who came to our house did not seem to know what he was doing, which required a visit from someone else (who I assumed was his boss). Before our scheduled appointment, my wife had contacted Diaz N Sons and had advised that the cover above the water dispenser was broken and requested that it be addressed at the service visit as well. My wife had sent photographs of the part so that there would be no confusion. When the "boss" arrived, I asked him if he was going to address that as well. He blew it off very quickly, stating, "I wasn't told anything about it." He assured me that the part would be ordered, and since we were "under warranty," it would be installed quickly, and we would only be liable for the part cost. As memory serves, this transpired in April 2026. Between April and July, we contacted Diaz and Sons to get updates and were told two basic responses: 1) The part is on backorder, and we will update you when it arrives, and 2) there has been a family emergency, and we will contact you when we can. Exasperated in July, I took a picture of the model number of the part ($200) and contacted the manufacturer myself. The part arrived within one week and was a simple installation.

When I questioned the invoice I was told they never base the repair on an hourly rate; just a job charge. If you are not comfortable paying $200/ hr I would look for another company. Now the good. After I complained I promptly received a call back telling me the company owner believed the charge was fair but agreed to refund almost half of the amount. Also the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. So my recommendation is that you make sure you have written quotation that reflects the hours required for the repair and is not based on a "job charge".
