I have helped many friends get into the hobby also... and have even built a few for other people to their specs. Sometimes finding parts for some of the builds c an be a problem. There are several businesses that provide parts though, and I have dealt with most of them! I want to recommend one that I have found to be an excellent source for parts and information! I have been doing business with Performance PC's in Florida for a number of years. They have an extremely wide selection of parts, do some customization of parts, and have always provided top end customer service, fast shipping and reasonable prices! Whether you walk into their shop, or order online.. you will get good service! They have an excellent website that is easy to shop with, and they will also answer questions via phone, email or chat. For Mild or Wild builds, or just plain everyday computer parts... I highly recommend them!

How does this place have good ratings? Good service???…read more Aight... I came here at 1pm today... The girl told me it will be ready in 1 - 1.5 hours. I come back two hours later at 3 pm. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.

I found Kevin's computers and decided to give him a shot since he was only a few miles away. Kevin is a super nice guy, comes across very knowledgeable and honest. He presented to me a parts list and price which was right on par with what I expected based on the fact I was looking to build a high end system. Kevin was able to gather all of the components although because of our global situation, we are going through a chip shortage crisis. Kevin stayed in touch with plenty of progress updates during the build process. After having it delivered, I am super thrilled with the looks of the performance of my new liquid cooled beast of a system. I highly recommend you give him a call should you be in the market for a new computer system or repair the one you own!!
