Bits computer has been in town for a long time. When you think about it, they might be the oldest computer place out there! Bits has outlive CompUSA, Circuit City, Silly Net and many others. Bits many be pricey on parts but is it really? When I need a video card or SSD right meow what am I supposed to do? Save $20 and wait 3 - 7 days to get it from newegg? Naw! Consider the economics and release that when your paying for shipping I'm only save. A few bucks and even worse when you need it meow! You have to pay over overnight shipping and now I'm giving the internet more money for something bits has right meow. The other nice thing is service, they always offer advice and help. Which is always great. I see they do service as well. Looks like virus removal, repair, installing and removing software. Probably a lot more! Don't down on Bits, get up on Bits. Came in here to try and find a lengthy serial cable as Best Buy did not carry any and found exactly what I was looking for. Great price too, if I were to purchase the same amount of cable from another place we were looking at would've been more than double their price. They had the female to female adapter that I need too for the serial cable. Only two honest dislikes, which aren't a super huge deal, is that it was a little dark and quiet which was uncomfortable. We had a couple of problems with the power input on an older laptop. Took it here and was fixed at a reasonable price. However, in fixing that a connector affecting WiFi came loose. Took it back next day...repaired while we waited (all of 5 minutes) for no charge.
