The next day less than 24 hours later I brought it back, un opened, United damaged, literally in the same condition. All they had to do was put it back on the shelf. I asked for a refund was told they could not refund it to my credit card, like literally every other retailer in 2026 can. They was given the option to take cash. So I agreed. However the cash amount was nearly $40 less than the purchase amount. So ther policy is no receipt they will take it back but they make $40 by doing so. What a crock! I will never step foot in a Office Depot again! And all these retailer wonder why Amazon is kicking their ass
