Their systems are down for two days in a row. No transactions can be conducted unless you have everything preprinted for drop off only. What's worse is the hours on Sunday are until Sunday. I waited in it for a fair amount of time and approach Joshua to get a notary signing he informed me at that time that they no longer do notary after 5 o'clock, which it was he said, however because you waited so long in line, I will apply you. I sent a package from Las Vegas to Melbourne Florida. It cost me $15 to send the item which was a USB plug in. I asked the UPS representative how much it would cost to pick it up in Florida and she said $5. My daughter went to go pick up the package and they informed her it was going to be $60 total. They said that the item came in on the 6th and it had been 6 days and that the fee was $10 per day with no exceptions. I found out afterwards that each store charges a different amount so the store in Las Vegas thought that it might be the same price as what it would be in Las Vegas. My daughter went to the store to see if the item was there and found out that it was. After being told that it was going to be $60 to take the item, my daughter asked why and tried to figure out what had happened. Instant attitude from the clerk, which I think was the manager, was extremely rude and not helpful in any way to try and resolve the situation. They went back and forth and I've never heard so much horrendous customer service and back talk to a customer. The store in Las Vegas also called the Melbourne store to see what the issue was and if they could maybe talk them into a lower fee to pick up the item. They told the Las Vegas office basically that's their fee and that was that. I am a small business owner and would never ever treat any of my clients this way! I'm not sure what's happened in the world, but this seems to be a common theme no matter where you go whether it's the doctor's office, 7-eleven, on the phone with your bank, restaurants Etc. Based on the Google reviews out there and the Yelp reviews here, I would suggest nobody ever go to the store and hope that they close soon. read more

Do not use this location because Staff has recently changed to disrespectful teenagers who stand around talking and giggling and if customer interrupts by approaching the counter, they're told to use the self-serve kiosk. Since Amazon contract changed with ups now it's $1 deducted from your refund and you get to do the work yourself. The other option is to use staples for free returns and 100% better customer service. Every staffs here are extremely friendly. My mom frequently visit this UPS store, and she has a LOT of boxes to deliver. Every time the staffs see her, they remember her by name, and would welcome her by giving her this nice warm welcome. Not to further mention that they would help her move the heavy boxes and everything. Cannot appreciate enough for the help of EVERY staffs who work there and their kindness. I was more than impressed with the professionalism and whole experience at the UPS STORE. I was shipping a package to California and wanted additional insurance to cover breakage or loss. The employees were more than helpful. They packed my items to guarantee their safe arrival. The kindness and customer service I received was top notch. I had first gone to a mailman joeys a couple of miles from here and was treated so rudely that I took my packages, got a refund and left. Mailman joeys also has a store policy that though you purchase insurance, it is only for loss not breakage or damage. In the future, I know exactly where to go for all future shipping needs! I needed last minute notary services and I've never had such a convenient experience, on a Saturday none the less. I just had to walk in with my documents and wait my turn (there was basically no wait) and the employee working was a certified notary ready to help me immediately. Didn't have to schedule an appointment, awesome! The employee that worked with me was also friendly and knowledgeable, and answered my questions about others services their store offered, even though I wasn't buying those immediately.
