I've gone to Mark (the owner) three times for copying services plus his fine stamp collection. He…read morehas an attitude problem and doesn't really understand the copying services that he offers. My last visit he messed up my documents, walked away to behind the counter and waited for me to pay $25 for incorrect copying as if it was my fault! I feared he would call the police as I didn't want to deal with that so I paid and said I would never return. I asked him if he realizes he is in competition with Staples a few doors down? He said yes. Imagine that? Don't go there. I did give him chances and he doesn't care enough about his business or customers. The only reason he got one star here is because of the "enter" key or his stamp collection is nice but comes in books of 16 not 20.

Almost ALL Post Office employees are bullied and demeaned by their supervisors for not working fast…read moreenough. Fact. This fosters mistakes, mistake, mistakes. A permanent, career postman knows his/her job, but the new people are untrained and thrown out (and belittled everyday). We cannot expect reliable delivery. West Mel post office is one of the best in Brevard and they still are fraught with overburdened related mistakes. To the workers A+ job, to the supervisors, through to the POSTMASTER you're the ones doing the crummy job. Mail tracked delivered, ended up blocks away at someone else's house. Prices are a complete rip off. I dropped off a ready to mail USPS priority mail envelope, flat rate…read moreenvelope 12.5"x9.5". I just needed the flat rate postage. At the US Post office it is $9.85. The woman behind the counter charged me $17.71. When I asked if there was a mistake the woman behind the counter said post office rates have gone up. I said I sent one of these at the post office last year and it was less than $10. She said "no this is the current rate". I was in a hurry so I paid and left. Once I returned home I looked up the post office rate online and it is $9.95. I called and when I asked her about the markup that they have, she rudely said with an attitude "we are not the post office". I said "do you have a rate sheet so I know what I would be charged in the future if I brought another envelope?" She said "no, it is whatever comes up in the computer, I just work here. Complain to the manager." The envelope was already sealed and addressed, it just needed a priority mail postage. The way the price was presented to me was deceptive. I could understand if they charged a small fee or if they had to pack up an item and charge for that, but this was just a rip off. The woman behind the counter could have easily said that the price they charge has nothing to do with the price the post office charges. Instead she blamed the high cost on the USPS recently raising rates. Lesson learned, I will not be using A1A "rip off" Pack and Ship at Driftwood Plaza, 3830 S. HWY A1A Suite 4, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951 Tel. # 321-726-1667 for anything going forward. Do yourself a favor and avoid A1A pack and rip off.
