Ryan (I think that was his name) was super patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. The store was busy and he was handling everything by himself, but he kept things moving. At one point a customer was clearly upset about a return and was getting pretty short with him, but he stayed calm, explained things politely, and didn't let it turn into an argument. He handled it way better than most people would. After seeing how he handled a few situations, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the negative reviews were just people being frustrated in the moment. The store could definitely use more staff, but he handled it really well. I'll definitely be back.

During the process, the plastic rhinestone sewn in buckle broke ( not surprising) but his wife found 4 rhinestone pins to replace the buckle, my choice to choose from. Even though they knew I was donating the blouse, they wanted to ensure it was perfect. They would not take any money from me! I tried, but they refused. The store is extremely small, usually understaffed, and there are only two registers and one self-service kiosk. The kiosk becomes overwhelmed with customers sorting through bags of returns, looking up codes, and printing labels, which creates constant backups. I have personally waited more than 15 minutes just to use the kiosk alone. The register line is just as bad, with long waits and lines frequently extending outside the store. On one visit I had to stand and carry a heavy item the entire time while waiting in line. Overall wait times are consistently 15 minutes or more every single time I have come here. This location clearly needs better staffing, additional kiosks, or a much better system for handling returns.
