This is honestly the best UPS Store I've ever been to. I've never left a review before, but after my experience today I felt like I should. Ryan (I think that was his name) was super patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. The store was busy and he was handling everything by himself, but he kept things moving. At one point a customer was clearly upset about a return and was getting pretty short with him, but he stayed calm, explained things politely, and didn't let it turn into an argument. He handled it way better than most people would. After seeing how he handled a few situations, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the negative reviews were just people being frustrated in the moment. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. The store is ideally located close to Publix and other businesses.

Even when they're busy, the staff does their best to accommodate and get everybody through quickly.

Loved this store for over 3 yrs. Then everyone there was gone and all new people. The new gentleman was not the smartest pencil or they did no training for him. Three different occasions I had to ask him to plz review that again for I ship often to this address. He did and all came out as expected. Several times you go in and although there is no line, you are having to wait quite awhile due to a few reasons. Realizing there are days when the huge bins are full, they need to get done and out. However, waiting until the entire bin is done is not right. Maybe they should not ignore it until the end and do it in pieces through out the day? I was treated very poorly today at this location. When I arrived, I was having an issue printing shipping labels at home, especially for international packages. I went in specifically to ask for help and understand why the label wasn't printing or why the shipment wouldn't process. The employee who assisted me was snapping at me, interrupting me, and repeatedly saying he didn't understand what I meant. His tone was condescending and dismissive, and instead of trying to clarify, he cut me off and made it seem as if I wasn't explaining things clearly. When I asked a question about the shipping company I normally use, he responded with, "Oh, I don't know what that is! Sorry!" in a tone that made it clear he wasn't even trying to understand. Then he said, "Let me give you a quote so I don't waste your time," and quoted me $200 for a 6 oz package. I told him I could ship that much cheaper through the post office, and he replied, "That is impossible," even though I have shipped the same type of package many times. The whole reason I came to the store was to get help with the app, not to be talked down to. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of returning to speak with the manager, bringing my $20 proof of shipment from the post office. She treated me the same way--dismissing what I said, believing only her employee, and making it clear through her words and expression that she didn't believe me. She didn't have the full picture but acted as if the matter was already decided. Here is my point: I came in already frustrated because I needed help, but I left feeling even worse--twice. I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I couldn't help but feel that maybe it was because I have an accent. A Shining Example of Outstanding Customer Service I am always greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. The UPS customer service team is knowledgeable, responsive, and goes the extra mile to ensure that my inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Recently, I worked with Walter to re-order business cards. He quoted me a price, and I said, "Let's do it!" I left satisfied and excited. A few days later, I received an email from Walter stating he had made a mistake in his quoted price. He was proactive in letting me know immediately, he took accountability for his honest mistake, and then he was only going to make me pay his quoted price, not the actual cost of the business cards. UPS Store #2448 7777 N Wickham Rd, STE #12 Melbourne, FL 32940-7979 packaged a cedar hope chest that belonged to my grandmother. The salesman said he would have no trouble packaging the chest for a safe trip across the country. The chest is more than 100 years old. The store charged $328.08 to package and ship the chest UPS ground from Melbourne, FL, to Sacramento, CA. When the box arrived in Sacramento it had visible signs of having been roughly handled. Upon opening the package we found the packaging to be grossly inadequate, mostly remnants of various packing material tucked in the sides of the box. The chest was not wrapped in any padding. The chest had been damaged on both ends and one caster knocked off.
