The owner of this place has some serious personality disorder and a very foul mouth. I went in to get a passport photo and he told me I needed to take my earrings and necklace off. I had been on the Department of State website and I knew this was no longer true so I told him. I said let's just take it and if it's rejected, it's on me. The guy flipped out and refused to let a staff member take my photo. I pulled up the website and read him the part about jewelry in passport photos but he was enraged. Said he had taken classes about passport photos. The guy is nuts. Used the f word multiple times, called me names. Fortunately there are tons of places that provide pack and ship services and passport photos so I will happily never deal with him again. read more

I've used AP&P a number of times before and was always pleased. But... What an amazing experience this has been. I can only ask myself why in the world I messed with using USPS for my frequent Japan shipping (an adult son lives there and craves his American foods -- did you know a tin of Pirouettes costs $65 on Amazon.jp?). You guys are very good at your jobs, the customer service is above and beyond expectation and Indialantic is SO lucky to have you as a resource. So thankful for this wonderful establishment! I just happened upon Atlantic Pack and Parcel after moving to Melbourne Beach recently...I needed something printed for a ongoing legal matter, feeling sad, a little homesick and just blah in general. Between Halsi, the owner, his wife and the cool dude with the big earring (I'm sorry I only remember Halsi's name! Lol) and of course the two residing cats, I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable. I have since been up there numerous times to print and get various legal documents notarized, or to get to have packages shipped or documents overnighted. These tasks and chores are much more cheerful thanks to the warm welcome I'm shown as I walk in the door. I will continue to patronize this business and to recommend it to everyone I know. read more

The woman, who I believe is the co-owner, was friendly and helpful, but then her husband showed up. While she was finishing up entering all the information into the computer he "entertained" me with racist and sexist jokes. If I weren't in the middle of a family emergency I would have walked out. They worked with me to setup mail forwarding as part of my relocation to FL and have been extraordinarily helpful and cost effective. I'm a generally tough grader and it takes great service over an extended period of time to get 5 stars. These guys have earned it! if you have a need in their line of work - give them an opportunity. I intended to say hello to a friend and get a pass port photo taken. I was helped without waiting (as my friend was not there). At checkout when I mentioned that I did not like the look on my face, the person who helped me said that he could retake the picture. I said 'no, thanks, I will do it later. An older "gentleman" who works there (I believe owner) piped up from across the room and said "He said he wold redo it!" Again, I said no thank you I would do it elsewhere another time. I did not want to engage in a negative conversation about my own face. I never complained about the overly hairy person serving me while he was chowing down on a sandwich. The man then started berating me and would NOT stop, including telling me to go to the urgent care center for an attitude adjustment. I could not get out of there fast enough. I cannot believe they treat customers that way. I will NEVER go back, and NEVER REFER due to this treatment. I paid for my pictures and left. WARNING!!!!! Don't go there. RUDE RUDE RUDE read more

I would recommend the post office or UPS store than this place. The gentleman who works there is rude each time I go there.

Beware the owner has a no refund policy that is inconsistent with the shipping companies he works with. I changed my mind on a package I had just paid for and when I asked for a refund he refused. He said I could have my package back but not the money. He also called me names and told me to get out. I felt discriminated against. To be fair I should let you know when I brought my husband back with me he agreed to give me the refund. read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about this business. They are excellent on every level. I am an artist and an independent business owner, and there is no one I trust more with my precious creations- and I am fully dependent on this to make a living. They have helped me ship everything from photo prints to huge, elaborate costumes, and everything they have done for me has been above and beyond. I am always amazed with their fairness and honesty- they never try to oversell or hide cheaper options, even if it means I take my business elsewhere.
