When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I waited until she came to the counter. I told her she was sorry she was having a bad morning. She began to tell the other people behind me to do the self service kiosk and was quite rude. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes. I tried to find out who the owner are to place my discontent, but I couldn't find the information. I just wanted you to know. We all have bad days and bad news, but we don't have to take it out on customers. Thanks for listening and maybe this employee just need some redirection or training.

Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally. So sorry I put my trust in them. Found out later that it would have cost 70 thru post office.

Loses an extra star for not having a trash can inside OR outside; the worker (who is not at fault and deserves a living wage) said the store "wanted to limit customers'" garbage or something like... I'm not sorry, if you are open to the public, then having public utilities and furniture, like trash cans, is not only for the benefit of the public, but also ensures the cleanliness and environmental quality of the area. (pictured is not on the Staples site, but of a similarly-sized and situated Office Depot down the road to show how EASY it is to provide). Plus, the store is sited on a lot that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment.

The office team, led by Kimberly as the main communicator, and Enrique jumping in with details, was FANTASTIC. The crew that came to the residence, led by Javian (sp?), did a fantastic job packing/loading things in a careful, but timely manner. They were in-and-out within about an hour and a half. C&F had provided a rough estimate based on the items I told them, without being able to visit the residence and look at the items in advance; so I had to to rely on the items being officially weighed once everything got back to their warehouse and hold tight on the final weight against the estimate. THANKFULLY, everything came in well underweight; and the team was very conscious of my budget -- The overestimate at the beginning helped a a lot in factoring in unknowns, but the team did their research. Once I paid the invoice of the official weight of items, it was shipped via a carrier, FedEx, and even they took over and made appropriate arrangements directly with me for delivery. I am writing this review now that all has been unpacked and inspected, and ALL items arrived in perfect condition. They packed *everything* diligently and with extreme care. As a bonus, the only plastic used was for shrink-wrapping all of my items together on the pallet. All packing materials in the boxes were paper/cardboard products (see photos). I recommend this office for all Orlando locals, no matter where you are shipping to!
