Quick, friendly service and a convenient and nice place to ship packages…read moreI stopped at Postal Connection in Indian Harbour Beach to ship a package and had a very pleasant experience. The store is located near the intersection of Eau Gallie Boulevard and A1A, in the shopping area near Walmart. It is a small storefront with plenty of parking available nearby, making it convenient to get in and out. I don't use shipping and mailing services very often, so I wasn't quite sure how long the process would take or what to expect. When I walked in, I noticed that the overhead lights were not turned on, but the Florida sunshine coming through the front entrance and storefront windows provided plenty of light inside. The store was clean and appeared well organized. There was a very pleasant lady working at the counter who helped me with my package. She was friendly, professional and very efficient. I was actually surprised at how quickly everything went. From the time I walked in until my shipping transaction was completed, it took less than two minutes. That is the kind of service I really appreciate, especially when I am just trying to take care of a quick errand. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and the staff made the entire process simple and pleasant. Although this was my first experience using this particular location, I was very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again whenever I need to ship something. Overall, I would definitely recommend Postal Connection to anyone in the Indian Harbour Beach area looking for a convenient place to ship packages with friendly and efficient service. Enjoy!

They used to have boxes and packing supplies, cards and decorative mailers. Now it's a bare interior that doesn't feel inviting at all. Since I was here already and brought in my packages I went ahead and mailed them. The prices were very high and they charged me to pay by credit card on top of it. Will never use this place again

Prices are a complete rip off. I dropped off a ready to mail USPS priority mail envelope, flat rate…read moreenvelope 12.5"x9.5". I just needed the flat rate postage. At the US Post office it is $9.85. The woman behind the counter charged me $17.71. When I asked if there was a mistake the woman behind the counter said post office rates have gone up. I said I sent one of these at the post office last year and it was less than $10. She said "no this is the current rate". I was in a hurry so I paid and left. Once I returned home I looked up the post office rate online and it is $9.95. I called and when I asked her about the markup that they have, she rudely said with an attitude "we are not the post office". I said "do you have a rate sheet so I know what I would be charged in the future if I brought another envelope?" She said "no, it is whatever comes up in the computer, I just work here. Complain to the manager." The envelope was already sealed and addressed, it just needed a priority mail postage. The way the price was presented to me was deceptive. I could understand if they charged a small fee or if they had to pack up an item and charge for that, but this was just a rip off. The woman behind the counter could have easily said that the price they charge has nothing to do with the price the post office charges. Instead she blamed the high cost on the USPS recently raising rates. Lesson learned, I will not be using A1A "rip off" Pack and Ship at Driftwood Plaza, 3830 S. HWY A1A Suite 4, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951 Tel. # 321-726-1667 for anything going forward. Do yourself a favor and avoid A1A pack and rip off. Go to a genuine UPS, USPS, Staples or some other place that has an honest and transparent pricing policy!
