    Today my parcel was not delivered to me, while the tracking (92748903032434543476888191) says that it was delivered to my mailbox. It took me 2,5 hours to try to get at least any customer support. The automated service just hung up, and the online forms didn't work. They also recognised me as an existed user (while I was not) so I couldn't apply online, as the indicated email just didn't work! 2,5 hours of my time just for nothing! Parcel lost, money not returned. Worst experience ever

    UPDATE: With a response like this from UPS, who would ever come to this location. I showed Jim the return email from Amazon, brainiac! OMG! How does someone stand up for an employee and talk crap without even seeing the proof?! Funny, there was a lady returning a patio umbrella to Amazon at the same time with the same return email. 2 customers right... Jim WRONG! RIP to this location. We had an Amazon return that clearly stated that no box or packaging was needed. Jim said they don't do Amazon returns without a box. Funny how Amazon's email stated no box was needed. We ended up getting charged $20 for the return, and he said to take it up with Amazon, and stated that UPS doesn't make money off Amazon returns, as if it's the customer's problem. He also stated that he was a manager at Lowes as if that even mattered. Maybe UPS and Amazon should have a sit down.

    Ooops! I was wrong. The one page printed for me, actually cost $3.86. Not $3.15. Even more of a rip off. How about $1-$2? That sounds fair.

    The worst. Went to return an item to Amazon. The package was completely prepared for shipment, except my printer was not working. They charged me $3.15 to print a one page label. Really??? Then, we had a shipment arrive while we were away. The merchant was able to redirect the package to this store. The next day I received a call from them, stating it would be there and I will be charged a $10.00 'holding fee' for the first 48 business hours, for a box smaller than a case of wine. He said he was 'sorry'. NO. You're NOT SORRY! You're commercial CROOKS, in my personal opinion. I only use this location due to its proximity to my home. Advice: Don't assume anything is part of the normal service, OR REASONABLY PRICED.

    I'd give zero stars if I could! FedEx Cocoa FL sucks! I had a piece of electronic equipment due…read moreyesterday coming from Texas, signature required. Delivery time was specified but they never showed. Got an email from them saying I wasn't home ( I was ) with a picture of their call tag stuck on my front door but ... it wasn't my front door! Called and after being on hold 20+ minutes, got someone who barely spoke English who assured me it would be delivered today. Got an email late last night stating as I wasn't home yesterday (remember, I was) they would try again today, no time specified. They expect me to stay at home now 2 full days? Anyhow ... truck just showed up. I waited at front door for at least 5 minutes when I saw the truck begin to leave without delivering. I ran out and hailed her down. She came to me stating she had the delivery order but not the package. They would try again tomorrow. BS!!! I told her (not her fault) I wanted to hear from a supervisor TODAY! This is why I never use FedEx. I always use UPS and USPS!

    Carrier section: I've had nothing but trouble with the FedEx deliveries (or rather lack of…read moredeliveries). For some reason, the carriers cannot read the address on the package or if they do, they deliver to the wrong house (5 times in a row now!) I have large numbers above my front door & large numbers on both sides of my mailbox. The addresses are readable on each one each timeI have reported the incidents each time. Apparently no action has been done. Luckily I found the packages each time (I had to go out in all kinds of weather & all over the neighborhood (I admit I need the exercise but this is ridiculous.) Also, while tried to track my package on their website. I chose the option to continue as a "guest". At the end of their confirming my identity, they wanted me to register (why didn't they say so in the first place instead of me going through their ID process?)! This was/is my experience.
