While doing some research online on my iPhone, I found out that Staples had a good selection of inks and do-it-yourself products. So we went in and found a variety of choices for our project. The item I wanted was out of my price range but sale associate Aaron was AMAZING and got in the computer and helped me with other options and even introduced me to the printing center in case they could help me! The only reason this review is getting a one star is because I couldn't leave this review without leaving a star rating. I went to this location only because I was in the area for work and had a time sensitive situation that I was dealing with. When I arrived at the store I noticed an employee standing out front fairly close to the entrance smoking a cigarette. To each their own. If Staples policy allows employees to take smoke breaks out front where customers not only can see, but have to walk through the billow of smoke to enter the store than so be it. As I entered the store I noticed that there wasn't an employee in sight. Please note there was a gentleman standing at checkout waiting for the long lost employees to return from who knows where. I was standing at the printing services counter looking bewildered that there was still not an employee in sight. Just then I saw the woman from outside peak around through the window (cigarette hanging from her lips) inside at me. She proceeded to make her way inside (no hand washing/sanitizing happening) and rudely says to me, "You picking something up?" I explained to her that I wasn't that I needed something faxed from my email to a client and that it was very important and time sensitive. She points over to a corner and says, "Oh handle that yourself." I just stood there. Looking at her as if she had snakes coming from her head instead of hair. It took me a moment to wrap my head around the audacity along with process the level of unprofessional customer service I was encountering. I managed somehow to kindly said to her, "Oh, I apologize, I typically do this at home or at my hometown location. I'm not familiar with how that process works. Is there not a way I can forward the email to you and have you fax the documents?" Not surprisingly and most certainty without breaking character she replies (while once again referring back to the corner of doom), "Nope, its right over there." My fuse it about to blow. I walk over to the "corner of doom" and then realize that I am suppose to be emailing these papers to staples (do at my store too and they take care of absolutely everything from that point) waiting for a passcode, entering passcode into the copy machine, because yes I have to pay to print them and then pay to fax So, this now time sensitivity documentation that needs to be sent out PRONTO is still sitting in my inbox. I am decide that I will go outside to collect myself, search for signal and get in touch with my clients. As I am walking out I am frantically dialing my clients to let them know how much I apologize for the delay but assure them I'm working as diligently as I can and as I look to my left.....THIS IS WHAT I SEE........she was ALREADY back outside smoking AGAIN. This review is specifically for the copy/printing dept. Can't speak to anything else. I needed to get a couple copies and then get those copies laminated TODAY. It's the weekend so my normal sign/printing shop is closed; so I decided to give this place a shot as it's a stone's throw from my house. I told the gentleman behind the counter, Rodrigo, (he was actually out from behind it, already helping someone else when I arrived) what I needed and he directed me first to the copy machine. It had literally been the '90s the last time I used a copy machine and I think Rodrigo sensed my hesitation and immediately began to coach me through it. It actually was pretty simple, but I really appreciated him doing it. I then brought the dupes back to him, he showed me the lamination options and in less than five minutes he was handing me my laminated apiary certificates! ...And the total price was less than I had expected! Rodrigo was courteous and helpful and I really appreciated that he went out of his way to make the whole process smooth and fast for me. If I need any printing or laminating done on the weekend, I will not hesitate to return. Thanks Rodrigo and Staples! read more

I recently went to Staples to purchase ink for my printer. Per an employees recommendation, I purchased ink that was suppose to be for my printer. It was the wrong ink. The number was correct, but it was the wrong version. After reading horror stories about people having trouble returning opened ink cartridges, not necessarily at Staples, I figured I was in for disappointment. To my pleasant surprise, Staples immediately refunded the ink cartridge and I payed the difference for the correct one. Thank you for making the return a painless process. I will make more purchases there in the future. read more

Tried to use their printing services for a birthday party and the lady was supremely unhelpful, almost like it was a game not to let me to use their printing services. I've never had an issue with Staples in other states and locations previously. Ordered online from a much closer Office Depot and picked up same day. read more

What a joke this place is. Never enough staff, never trained to properly do their jobs. Go to pick up a print order and it takes 30 minutes because the person working doesn't know how to use the computers systems. Standing in a line of 8 people, everyone laughing at the inefficiency. read more

I am highly disappointed in this store. It is no wonder commercial stores are going out of business. I went to this store on a Sunday to look at laptop computers. I was greeted and helped right away. The tech was very friendly and explained all the ins and outs of the laptop that I liked. I told him I wanted to research my choice further but I would probably be back the next day. When I went back the next day around 10 AM I had to ask at the service desk for help. I was told that it would be a few minutes as the tech was busy with another customer. After twenty minutes I asked for help again and someone was called out of the back. I asked to buy the laptop of which there were two on display. I was told there were none in the store or warehouse but he would check with Palm Bay store. They had one but I would have to go there and they would only hold it for two hours. Why was I not offered a deal for a laptop that they had in the store? Why could they not have the computer brought to their store? I went to another store and bought the same laptop for $50 less! Don't have merchandise on display and on sale if you don't have any in stock and have no way of satisfying your customer. Pay attention to your inventory and match your display. read more
