I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher. Too much DRAMA...My laptop was fixed at an average price. I was charged the cost of the monitor, from which the associate shopped at ebay, and an $80 labor fee. However, when I took my laptop there, Francisco made a stink about my wanting a receipt. I was quoted a seven day turnaround time. I called ten days later to check the status of my laptop, and the associate, who happened to be Francisco again, advised that my laptop was ready at the quoted day then whined about how hard it was to call me. I did not initiate any comments about my computer being late yet he felt the need to unload his struggle with reaching me, which is perplexing because I was receiving calls all day, plus he was able to return my call when we got disconnected. Then came the day I picked up my laptop. I wanted to test the monitor, etc prior to paying. This time it was Claudio who seemed to have hurt feelings. He asked, "Are you OK? It seems like you're having a bad day." I answered his question with a question, "Why do you say that?" and snickered. He replied "Because you pulled the cord." Sooooo, he's saying my extending the cord so that it could reach the outlet affected him. I shook my head and said "I'm facilitating the testing." and gave him a non-apology "Sorry if my helping you offended you." While I was testing the laptop, he recited that the balance would be $80 since I made a $75 deposit. He still charged me the full $155. Again, more turbulence in having to call them to refund my deposit because of this employee's error. Unless you enjoy headaches, then stay away from these EMO guys. There are lots of other electronics repair places who are more courteous, professional and THICK-SKINNED. read more

As anyone who had their phone crash and worried everything was lost, I came into the store with a really bad attitude... because of the situation. I was so angry I was ready to cry... worried about losing everything on the phone. I am giving TONS of kudos to Brennen... his customer service skills are on point. He listened to what happened, explained a possible (and hopeful) solution and was empathetic to the situation. He updated me throughout the process. As others came into the store (where one lady was in it was in tears), he was able to also provide her the same amazing customer service. As someone who develops customer service training, I know what to look for. He definitely was empathetic, practiced active listening skills, provided possible solutions to fix our phones, and continued to update customers on the progress. AND ALL WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE... except with the lady crying... as I could see he was sincerely concerned for her and provided possible solutions to mitigate her possible loss of all her pics. Note to management... use this man as an AH-MAZE-ZING employee to role model from. read more

I can only review my personal experiences with this business. The manager, Francisco, was true to his word, which was indeed most refreshing for the consumer who is just not privy to all the intricacies of apple products. Most important? He backed up word and resolved an unforeseen problem with a phone he ordered from their supplier. Very long story but the bottom line is that I believe this store manager has decency and integrity and I will continue to trust this establishment... at least as long as Fransisco is the manager. There are countless IFixIt type businesses and service varies tremendously based on personnel. How satisfying to actually find an individual who was understanding and willing to take the time to ensure our needs were met with regard to our broken devices.- both an iPhone and an iPad. So, kudos to Francisco. I'm 60 years old, have worked, managed a retail business for 44 years and was simply impressed that this manager cared to " make things right". read more

Was having problems with a Gateway laptop...it changed my password somehow locking me out. Had had a few problems with it anyway. Took it to these guys and what a wonderful experience! Fast service; treated me like family. One of the gentlemen had helped me before where he was formerly employed and was just a dream. Bottom line....the price was very right, the work was right on and sales rapport perfect. Would use them again. Then, my Toshiba laptop acted up and was back again and so I returned to iFix Galaxy. Same great service on all levels. Definitely recommend these guys with flying colors!!! Have one more laptop at home to get serviced...roomie forgot her password to get in. So will be back. I took my phone to my provider because it kept disconnecting from wi-fi. It showed a cloud with a frown face and 2 of the employees that worked there said that they had never seen that and could not figure out how to fix my phone. I had even reset my settings myself back to the factory setting and still nothing. I took my phone to iFix Galaxy and again I was told they had never seen the cloud with the frown face but they will attempt to fix it for me. After 10 minutes my phone was fixed and working as good as the day I bought it. I highly recommend this company and will go back if I have future problems. I bought an iPad in March of this year and the screen cracked when my son moved it from the bottom corner of the screen. I was so disappointed. I shopped around for prices to fix it and iFix Galaxy had the best price. I took it in and Vinny helped me. He answered all my questions and we discussed putting a screen protector on it. He highly recommended that and in a couple hours called me to tell me my iPad was all fixed and ready for pick up!
