Very rude and didn't fix the phone properly. Rip off. Don't ever go there at all. They installed the used parts.

My woman wrote this and went in on December 17th:…read more "I went to go to the store to get my phone fixed The store manager/owner at the store personally took my case and said that there was something wrong with my battery. I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. I said "ok" I then saw one of his posters for yelp about a review which I am typing up for you to read as we speak, BE WARNED."

I came to this store on 3/22/22, payed $233 dollars to get my screen fixed which I thought was excessive but figured I was paying for quality plus the owner also advertised "a lifetime guarantee." This was exactly the opposite, I came back to the store with the original receipt because the screen of my phone had popped out without any damage or fall and he refused to follow through with his word. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude but he tried to find any excuse to get more money out of me. I am a college student with a part-time job and for me it took extra effort to be able to afford fixing it at such high price. This selfish, arrogant man will sell you low quality screens that will shit out after a month then refuse to fix it at no cost out of greed. If you don't believe me, you can contact the General Manager for this mall and she will confirm that this store has had plenty of complaints that will cost him his next year's renewal. Instead of going here, I would recommend ITeck Repairs since they are neater, more professional, decently priced, good quality, and actually stick to the guarantees they advertise. Not only, did i pay 170 which is 63 dollars less and this included a free screen protector. A word of advice, save yourself the headaches.

If I could give this store and the manager in duty 8/7/2025 less than one star I would. My family…read morehas been happy Verizon customers for over 21 years. After I visited the store yesterday I was told to call 611 for customer service and they could handle my problem. They could not. So I drove all the way back to the store to get a 21+ year old account for my father with dementia taken care of. The manager Jonathan was useless and un empathetic. Not someone who should be in management in my option. So after well over 20 years of service. I'll be heading to AT&T tomorrow. This saddens me as I have been the reason we've kept them as a carrier for so long because of their great customer service and guaranteed always speaking with a customer care representatives the USA. Another large corporation outsourcing at the cost of the consumer. I cannot stress enough how bad the service with the store manager Jonathan was as well.

He said he would add it but added the 19$ option. I called the store and asked to speak with him but he never called me back. I called customer service to fix the error but the insurance is still on the bill. So to resolve the issue I will be DISCONNECTING the new line of service and removing the insurance as well. Maybe once the rep sees the chargeback on his next month targets he will remember follow the Verizon standard of being honest and not adding what you want to add to customers accounts. I expect a refund for the insurance minus what I requested, twice. Very disappointing. I expected a higher standard. But this will be lifted up!
