We are extremely careful and thought it unlikely, but the scammers are very sophisticated these days. Luckily he had not gotten in thru the computers, but he cleaned out all the junk files, ran scans, and has an entire process he does to every computer, and got them running really good. One laptop we actually considered "almost dead", he cleaned it up, we took one software off there when we got it home and it runs pretty good now--much faster. Great job, great price, and we will be using him for years to come.
