I bought a Groupon to fix my phone and of course I then cracked my iPad that same day, so I bought another Groupon for the store. I can't thank Ryan enough, he did a fabulous job and kept me informed throughout the repair. I went to the store about an hour before closing. He fixed my phone right away and asked if it was ok to keep the iPad overnight. He called me when he opened and said it would be ready by the time I got there. It would have been nice if I was told that the screen replacement was a knock off and would drain my perfectly fine battery and disable certain apps and drop calls. I tried to save money and not purchase a new phone...now my new phone will cost me $176 more...I will never be back to this business! If they would have just disclosed it wasn't a genuine Apple display and what the ramifications would be, then I could have made an informed choice...NOT in today's world..buyer beware!!!!! read more

The camera on my iPhone had a very bad broken lens. They were able to repair it, to the point where it looked new. They did a great job.

I've used this service three times in the past four months with great results. I first had them work on my Android phone which they quickly and efficiently repaired. I then had them work on two PCs. One, a Microsoft Surface which I had dropped and cracked the screen. The second an HP laptop that two other organizations were unable to deal with. In all three cases they did a great job, repaired everything and charged me a fair price. I highly recommend them. read more

My mother and I stopped by today (Oct. 11) around 2:30 pm to get her a new battery for her phone. Upon approaching the business, the gate was shut and there was a post it note on the wall saying they will be back from lunch at 3 pm. We were sitting outside in the chairs there waiting until 3:30 until we finally decided to leave, and as we are leaving we are walking past and there is someone finally in there but they were doing whatever else and still had not opened up the gate to let people know they are open again. This is the worst representation of a business by any one employee I have ever seen. If you are the only one working and you yourself put a note saying you will be back at a certain time, BE BACK AT THAT TIME! We will never be coming back here again! read more

We have used Ifixitrepair in the Vero Mall on about three occations. We have been pleased with the service each time. Each time, they remedied our issues in a timely manner. The last time we were there we had a difficult issue. They kept being persistent and were able to figure the issue out . That days issue was no charge, for that paticular service. I left pleased! Unfortunately I shattered my iPhone 7 glass. We called. Ran into the mall Abe and Ricardo were right great work, and fast!!!! It took them 20 to 25 minutes and I had a brand new phone! Amazing service. I'm suck a dork. I've dropped my iPad twice in the bathroom (not from what you're thinking) and cracked the screen. So I'm an expert at cracking my screens. Today I dropped my iPhone 6 and finally cracked the screen on this, since I've dropped it a million times and have been lucky until today. So as I need this phone for work, I don't have time to drop it in the mail & send into repair for cheap. So I found iFixandRepair in the Indian River Mall, next to the food court. I walked in at 5.45pm and was told to return and 6.15pm and it was ready. I used the $10 off coupon on line and purchased the $20 tempered glass screen protector. Total with tax was $139.10. Bad costumer service... I called in letting them know exactly what I needed. They gave me the price and I hopped in my car and drove to the store only to find out they were out of stock. Why would they not say that during our phone discussion? I called in a day later, verified the price again and was told the shipment was expected at 1. I showed up around 5 only to find out they never came in and wouldn't be there until the next day. I showed up twice, both times they were out of what I needed replaced. I called Batteries and Bulbs in Vero. They were able to fix my phone that same day, for the same price, and had wonderful customer service. If I could give no stars I would give no stars. Do not use them. We dropped off 2 iPads in December for repair and it's now February. No ones called us about our iPads and when we call they say tomorrow. When you call to talk to someone they say the manager is the only one that you can talk to then when you ask for the district managers information they say the manager is the only one who can give me his information. I spent over $600 for my sons & my iPad to be fixed and can't even get any information on it. Do not give them your business. Take it somewhere else! read more

They suck very bad pricing and took 2 and a half hour to do my phone when they said it would only take 40 to 50 minutes to do it.

*WARNING: THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY* I had a BRAND NEW iphone 6. My uncle's iphone 6 had a broken screen and he couldn't touch the screen to back it up. I removed the screen from my BRAND NEW iphone 6 and put it on my uncle's iphone 6 to get the data off. When I put the screen back on my iphone 6, there were EXTREMELY faint boxes at the bottom of the screen (I bent 2 pins out of about 30 which connect the digitizer to the iphone's logicboard) - the touchscreen worked fine, and the picture still looked great, but I was a little bit mad at myself for ruining my BRAND NEW iphone 6 screen - but at least I got to help my uncle. I am in the business of computer repair (I won't say with who because I'm not advertising), so I know ALOT about repairing electronics and a lot about communicating with customers/business owners so that they can understand their systems and so I can get paid for my job in a timely manner. Since I had many businesses that day who needed my help with their networks/POS systems/computers, I could no longer sit and try to straighten the few bent pins on my BRAND NEW iphone 6 digitizer ribbon cable that I bent when installing it back on my BRAND NEW iphone 6. So I called iFixandRepair in the Indian River Mall. Employee "J" was very nice and helpful. His professionalism and direct, clear responses to my questions were enough to make me - a person who makes his living off of fixing computers - trust iFixandRepair with my BRAND NEW iphone 6. I went to the store in the IR Mall. Employee "J" was very nice and we filled out the paperwork and he told me maybe 1-2 hours. GREAT! So I went walking down the corridor of the mall and looked at shops, I didn't even make it to Bath & Body Works (right around the corner) before I thought that I should go back and let them know that I would like my BRAND NEW iphone 6 screen returned to me after they replace it. The BRAND NEW iphone 6 screen still worked, didn't have 1 scratch on it, and looked great besides the faint boxes at the bottom of the screen which was caused by just a few bent pins (which I could fix myself if I didn't have a ton of jobs on my hands). When I went back into the store LESS THAN 3 MINUTES LATER, I was greeted by a different employee, "C". I asked to talk to employee "J". I told "J" that I would like my part back after the repair. Employee "J" had started to nod and begin talking, but soon employee "C" from behind the counter talked over him loudly and said "We don't return anything". I asked "Really? It's my phone, I paid for it, it's my screen." Employee "C" aggressively said no, offering no explanation. At this point, employee "J's" posture changed, his shoulders dropped, and he was looking down at the desk in front of him. It was at this point which I felt (knew) from the unprofessional remarks that employee "C" made, along with an aggressive posturing at me THE CUSTOMER for daring to ask about *MY* BRAND NEW IPHONE 6 SCREEN - that if I created any trouble with employee "C", my phone would probably not be repaired on time, if at all. So I decided to just wait until the repair was finished and then ask questions. After some hours went by, I never received a call saying my phone was done. I decided to head back to the store and employee "C" went to retrieve my phone. I decided to re-read the paperwork I signed and see if there was anything in there about iFixandRepair keeping my working parts after the repair. [[[[There was nothing in the contract that said that the employees get to keep my BRAND NEW parts after the repair was finished.]]]] THIS IS THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. YOU ARE STEALING FROM A CUSTOMER WHICH HAS TRUSTED YOU TO REPAIR THEIR PERSONAL ITEMS. I WANT MY BRAND NEW IPHONE 6 SCREEN BACK - NOW. If I go to the mechanic and get new rims, does the mechanic get to keep my old rims? NO. If I go to upgrade my video card at a computer shop, does the computer shop get to keep my old video card? NO. iFixandRepair (or just it's employees) are stealing from their own customers. I was never told before the repair that they were going to keep my old parts, and there was nothing in the documentation that says that they get to keep my old parts. Completely unethical. And the way that employee "C" addressed my questions was not professional, highly suspect, and did not clearly communicate any of the business policies. I am now left to wonder if employee "C" is fixing and selling my BRAND NEW iphone 6 screen and digitizer for side hustle money. I feel strongly this is the case. To repeat: I was never told before the repair began that iFixandRepair would be keeping my parts and it was not expressed in the paperwork I signed I WANT MY SCREEN BACK. If I could give no stars I would. There customer service is horrible! I paid 150.00 for a new screen and my phone isn't working right. They said they would look into what is wrong with my phone but it's been 32 days since it's been fixed. They only warranty there work for 30 days. I will never bring another device to them. I came here with my boyfriend to get my broken iphone 5 fixed. Was told it would be 40 minutes and ended up waiting in the mall for an hour and 40 minutes while they worked on it. A day after we got it fixed the screen shattered again and the whole phone stopped working. The screen didnt look like it fit right and there was pressure on it which is what caused it to crack. We asked for them to fix it again even though I don't think they are very good at fixing anything and all they offered was a discount on another repair. Seriously do not recommend this place. I spent $200 to fix my iPhone 7 screen and it was ghost clicking, so I brought it back. They replaced the screen again and it did the same thing, except now my screen from the middle up did now work. When I brought it back again, the guy was too busy so he told me to come back another day. My screen cracked a day later, not due to dropping it, but from it tapping a table. The screen was very low quality. I brought my phone back a few days later and they refused to fix it because of the crack and said my phone worked completely fine. Scammed me out of $200. I brought my phone to another place who fixed it for half the price and they told me that the inside of my phone was missing screws which ifixandrepair place failed to put back in when "fixing my phone." This is the absolutely worst store I have ever interacted with in my entire life. I took my iPad mini to the Vero Beach store 2 1/2 months ago, paid over $200 for anticipated repairs, and to this day they have not returned my iPad to me. No one can give me a status on the repair and no one returns my phone calls either. I have called and left messages on the corporate's voicemail; no one has called me back. At this point, I feel like I need to take a police officer to the store and file a claim that iFixandRepair has stolen my iPad. If anyone in the store's management reads this post, I would be delighted to hear from you that you are able to resolve this issue. I will never recommend this store to anyone and plan to post on the Better Business Bureau about their horrible customer service. read more

Low quality screen replacement. I spent $100 to replace my screen. Within 24 hours the screen pixelated and a hairline crack appeared running across the screen. I took my phone back in and the service tech said their refund policy does not cover cracked screen replacement. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. April 29, 2014 I took my ad there to get a cracked screen fixed. Told me it would take 24 hrs to repair. I went back nearly a dozen times for 2 months it was never fixed, and on top of it they have damaged it to the point that the screen was not responsive! All around the edges of the device are all damaged and bent like they used some sort of tool to pry out the glass, the screen was not glued to the device, the mute switch no longer works. This was the service I got when I just needed to fix the screen!!!! They destroyed the rest of the machine!!!! It was sent away to get fixed again for 2 weeks and finally they sent it back to me. The screen responds ok, but is still peeling back, the edges are all damaged and the mute button no longer works. They don't answer phone calls, emails or texts, they are always on vacation, always an excuse. When I told them they have to replace my damaged iPad they told me "people make mistakes, don't you". This place is ridiculous and have never dealt with such poor customer service and incompetent people in my life. Definitely will be pursuing them to the fullest. read more
