Mail seems to go missing from this Post Office location. Considering I am putting my return address on these envelopes, and they don't get back to me I can assume they are being intercepted and stolen in the mail room itself. When the same recipient sends me mail, I do eventually receive it although it takes like 10 days to do so. Conclusion is it is an internal issue. I am beyond pissed off. When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes.
