THE FOLLOWING REVIEW WAS MEANT TOWARDS PACKMART IN SEBASTIAN WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED UPS DEALER. PLEASE ACCEPT MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES. I AM NOT GOOD AT DOING REVIEWS AS YOU CAN SEE. THIS WAS A MONUMENTAL ERROR AND THIS IS OTHE ONLY WAY I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT. SO VERY VERY SORRY UPS STORE EMPLOYEES. I have always had top notch 5-Star service here until today. Today it was less than 1-Star. My husband dropped me off along with 2 quite large boxes to ship and then my husband left along with the car. I was shipping these boxes via UPS. The package was going back to Amazon. The young man with the earring in his nose (this isn't even a factor except I didn't know his name and it's the only way I can let you know who he is.) looked at the bar code and said I needed to take it to a UPS store where they were set up to handle this. I asked if there was another way to get a label to ship these boxes where they could do it. This young man absolutely would not even entertain the possibility of trying to help me. I put my 2 boxes on the floor and said I would have to leave them there until I could get my husband with the car. I am a 75-year old women. Luckily I am in pretty good shape for my age. This young man stood there and watched me. Still not offering to help. By this time I was trying to figure it out myself and was very nervous. I couldn't look anything up on the phone because of the stress. I walked out the door and thanked this young man for nothing. He proceeded to pick up my boxes and throw them out the front door. There were people outside that witnessed this. It was extremely embarrassing. I put them back inside until I could get the car which was parked down by Publix (my husband was inside, we were going to do some shopping). This was the worse type of treatment I have ever received from someone who is supposed to be helping the Public. This young man should not be allowed to work with the Public. I would not tell you to never use this place again, but, would say if you ever go in there and see a young man with an earring in his nose, do not expect the good service that this company usually provides.

TERRIBLE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Not all vendors are…read morecreated equal. After 36 years managing healthcare uniforms, I've never encountered a more unprofessional experience. We gave this embroidery vendor multiple chances--and every time, something went wrong: * Misaligned logos (blamed on crooked pockets--despite it happening across multiple styles) * Charged $16 per top (vs. $7 at the uniform store) * Completely wrong thread colors on two brand-new scrub tops The job was awarded because the doctor is in the Exchange Club with them and considered them a friend. That friendship came at a cost--more than double what a standard shop charges--and the quality didn't measure up. They admitted the error, but instead of correcting it, told me to buy new tops out of pocket so they could "try again." One was a seasonal item I had already paid for, and the other had been on backorder for two months. I explained our supplier would fix their own mistake for free, but instead, I was met with attitude and asked: "What are your expectations?" Then--likely to save face--they texted the doctor to complain about my reaction. They also claimed that once you entrust them with your project or clothing, you waive any right to correction--even when the mistake is theirs. That's a policy that protects the business, not the customer. The doctor may be willing to overlook this--but I'm not. I will not be using their services again, and I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone who cares about quality, accountability, or professionalism. That's not how professionals handle mistakes. That's how you lose clients.
