Took a package there two days ago and still not showing up as in transit. I will never use this business location again.

THE UPS STORE AT THE CORNER OF BARBER STORE IS AN 5-STAR BUSINESS. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE FOLLOWING REVIEW WAS MEANT TOWARDS PACKMART IN SEBASTIAN WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED UPS DEALER. PLEASE ACCEPT MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES. I AM NOT GOOD AT DOING REVIEWS AS YOU CAN SEE. THIS WAS A MONUMENTAL ERROR AND THIS IS OTHE ONLY WAY I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT. SO VERY VERY SORRY UPS STORE EMPLOYEES. I have always had top notch 5-Star service here until today. Today it was less than 1-Star. My husband dropped me off along with 2 quite large boxes to ship and then my husband left along with the car. I was shipping these boxes via UPS. The package was going back to Amazon. The young man with the earring in his nose (this isn't even a factor except I didn't know his name and it's the only way I can let you know who he is.) looked at the bar code and said I needed to take it to a UPS store where they were set up to handle this. I asked if there was another way to get a label to ship these boxes where they could do it. This young man absolutely would not even entertain the possibility of trying to help me. I put my 2 boxes on the floor and said I would have to leave them there until I could get my husband with the car. I am a 75-year old women. Luckily I am in pretty good shape for my age. This young man stood there and watched me. Still not offering to help. By this time I was trying to figure it out myself and was very nervous. I couldn't look anything up on the phone because of the stress. I walked out the door and thanked this young man for nothing. He proceeded to pick up my boxes and throw them out the front door. There were people outside that witnessed this. It was extremely embarrassing. I put them back inside until I could get the car which was parked down by Publix (my husband was inside, we were going to do some shopping). This was the worse type of treatment I have ever received from someone who is supposed to be helping the Public. This young man should not be allowed to work with the Public. I would not tell you to never use this place again, but, would say if you ever go in there and see a young man with an earring in his nose, do not expect the good service that this company usually provides. read more

My wife has used this store many times and has always said how helpful and friendly they were there. Today I needed to get a document notarized and faxed. The help was very friendly and helpful. When the transaction was finished, I was told, "no charge today, pay it forward." In this day and age who does that? This kind gesture earned this location of the UPS store a customer for life. I have had a personal mailbox at this location for over three years since we moved to Sebastian. I visit this location at least twice a week to check my mailbox. Stopped by today for an Amazon return. It was a large box so I didn't want to use the self return. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to help those up front. Long story short, I guess tape is about .98 a foot? I ran out of tape at home and only had one piece holding the box closed. Two more pieces a foot long each would be more than sufficient. I can afford it, I'm just aggravated about being nickeled and dime'd more and more everyday? I would hope they are getting paid to process these returns and didn't think a couple pieces tape would add that much to their overhead. Lesson learned don't expect a little over and above from this location. read more

I'm giving this particular store a one star rating, because there is no smaller denomination available . I had a UPS account at another store in Royal Palm Beach Fl and I was very pleased and amazed by their level of service . The store in Sebastian could not be any more opposite . They are rude, and always trying to up-sell you something, first they say you need to have a certain tape, which I did. Then they said you need to have a certain box which I did - when all that failed they said I need to have an envelope sleeve to add the return label which is total BS . Of course, they will be willing to help and supply it all for a price. They are straight up thieves and Returning Amazon packages at this location is nearly impossible - they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people in this community. read more

Customer service is not their priority. A business must make that 1st or no one will use there services accept as an Amazon drop point... Sad! read more

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Easiest Amazon return experience. Previous reviewers may have had issues properly setting up their return on the Amazon end causing the store to need to charge them - I opted for the 'return at any ups store with no packaging just scan code' for each item and it was a breeze, both gentleman working were also very friendly. Returned an Amazon order and they charged us for return even though they had all the paperwork making it free. Had pair of shoes that needed returned that were in a shoebox that had arrived from Amazon with many other items in a very large box that I didn't dream they would want back. When I called when son returned from dropping off for me with receipt of fee they charged him I called store. Woman said they would have charged me if I had brought box as it would have been too big and they would have charged us. Crazy to return running shoes to Amazon - this store has totally changed. read more

Not exactly the best place to have to go if you are returning to Amazon. They want to charge to put tape on a prepackaged item. Even though I had a code, the woman said well you don't have enough info on the package so you will be charged a restocking fee, which was absolutely incorrect info. The ups store in NY is so great that dealing in Sebastian was a big disappointment. read more

Never ever ever use this UPS store. They shipped a transmission for me, charged me for insurance and then when the item came up damaged refused to pay for damage or even refund the shipping or insurance fee that they refused to pay on !!! Rip off. This cost me 900 dollars of damage ( thought paying insurance would be enough ) Nope.. To make matters worse the store ran me around for 3 months only to tell me no. Bad business practice. Nick is the best! From the moment I walked into the store I knew this would be a good experience. He has a great personality and treats customers with the utmost respect and kindness. He helped me with my label, packing my item up and getting it shipped off in a timely manner. Would highly recommend nick and this ups store. Great job! read more

Do not ever go here for a passport picture! The girl was completely unprofessional and quite frankly rude. She told me to stand against the white back drop, shoved my camera in my face, took a picture, no warning what so ever, and then said okay, and walked away. Received my picture, looks nothing like me and when I said something she said "yeah sorry, that's the point" the point is to not look like me? Will never use the services at this location EVER again! read more

Went into the ups store to drop off a box. Frankly they are rude and seem unhappy to be there. The older guy j. Evans was rude and not friendly. I think the business card said he's the owner so no point in telling the owner because he's the one that's not friendly. I won't go there again.. read more

My daughter left her license at home and needed it to rent a car in Richmond. I took it to the store and they could not have been more helpful, professional and courteous. They gave me all my options for getting her license to her the fastest way possible. Mike M. was great as was the manager. The package arrived overnight at the time it was promised and I will be using them in the future for any and all my shipping needs. read more

Do not use these people for anything. They mislead at every opportunity and do not consider themselves accountable. I was quoted one price on the phone, got an email of the quote that was 10% higher, and then, after they had my items packaged, was told it would be $79.00 over that. While I think it was nice of them to apologize and try to be friendly, it would be better if they knew what the heck they were doing and/or took accountability when they made a mistake.
