Would not exchange a broken printer that was 3 weeks old it was out of warranty by 1 week simply amazing a simples exchange for the same printer was rejected because no one in the store could override a register that they claim would not allow exchange. It's just an average everyday normal supply store. They have everything you might need to run an office. They have paper and what I say paper I need paper options here. We got 2 mil, 3 mil, matte finish, high gloss, cardstock, three ring binders, college rule(yeah, yeah). Need something other than paper? They got pens and Sharpies every color and right tip size. Need a little printer to go with that paper? They got HP and Canon, let's not forget ink cartridges for pretty much every make and model. Still not what you're looking for? How about spicing up the office with a new desk or computer for that desk or battery backup for the computer because we all know you haven't clicked save in about 2 hours are we don't want you to lose that massive spreadsheet you're working on. They have a print lab which has a very nice stuff it was very helpful to me. I wanted my Logos printed the same day on cardstock extra shiny. I got a sample print I love the regular full print was very cheap satisfy. I had my games branded with my logo just in time for the show. read more

I went into Staples yesterday and needed to print something off of my phone and fax it to a number. I had no clue how to do any of this. It's just not my thing technically, I am lacking. One of the store employees, Janay, a young lady saw that I was struggling and went totally out of her way, and helped me. She completely walked me through it. She didn't do it for me, but she explained it to me and showed me how to do it, so I could, hopefully, do it on my own next time. We need more people like this. This young lady needs a raise. She went above and beyond. She had the patience of a saint, and I appreciate her and everything she did! read more

Now this is a Staples that I've gone to on numerous occasions today will be the last time I'm 74 years old I just got out of the hospital after bladder surgery and I'm not allowed to drive I needed ink for some documents I called Staples I was very clear this morning that I could not come into the store what are my options they said what are their employees is the one who said to me oh sir just pull into one of the spots outside let us know will have somebody come out to help you I already told her I was having trouble on their side it was their idea that I come and wait outside so I had a friend of mine drive an hour to pick me up I took the money out of the bank I called them to say I was there and the young woman that I spoke to said well I don't know if we can do that anymore you can't do it anymore something you suggested 20 minutes ago I said let me speak to the manager the manager starts in with well we don't do that here and you'll have to go online and I said him but wait a minute you're Staff is the one who told me to leave my house have somebody drive me here and you would bring the order out to me that manager needs to be fired because he's not backing up his employees and I for one even though the next Staples is 30 miles away will never shop there again read more

I've only used the print/copy section of this store, as I find their prices to be a little on the high side. An observation: Zero Beach needs a Kinko's that you can bring your laptop in when one is having printer issues or something like that. Anybody out there know of some place like this? Message me, if so. The women that waited on me in the print/copy department were extremely helpful and attentive. (Their names escape me right now) I had a ton of copying, faxing, emails, etc. that day and they were right on top of it. Good store for this service if in a pinch. read more

Always used Staples printing services. I do photography and scrapbooking. And I always refer to customers here since I'm a frame shop manager. But last visit they refused to print my photos I need it for my 1950s themed charity thing I'm doing. They need to learn about copyright laws. They refused to print my picture saying copyright although the images were not copyrighted. I went to Walgreens and had no issues. Guess I won't be sending people their way anymore and I won't be spending my money there anymore. read more

Had a pretty good experience at this Staples. I had to make some copies and print some documents out and it was a really easy process. Everything was easy to figure out without any help whatsoever. The copy machines are pretty self explanatory. My only concern with this store was that I walked in and out without hearing one word from any employee. Not one person came up and asked how I was doing or if I needed any help. The store was pretty empty so it wasn't as if they were all busy. I just felt awkward going in and doing everything myself and walking out. read more
