Called the owner to schedule a repair under warranty and he then advised that he replaced the screen with a LCD, not OLED screen. Despite never disclosing this, he said I would have to deal with the extra heat and tough luck. When I tried to explain that I never would have wanted a LED screen, he started screening on the phone "Don't tell me how to run my business, I'll push this red button on my iPhone and hang up on you." Needless to say, I should have known better because this is a very low quality shop and you get what you pay for. I'd say be careful before doing business here, but when you walk into his little hole in the wall shop which is very rundown, you'll immediately understand what level of businessman you're working with.

ATT was offering up to 1000 for trade in so we had to fix it otherwise lose out on 300 dollars. So called a bunch of places and found this place. The owner was going to fix it for a significant amount less. I went to the store and brought my phone. The owner was an awesome guy who also makes other things. We chatted for a while. I left my wife's phone and it was ready in about 4 hours compared to other places which said 24 hours. Phone came out great. I'd use this place again!!!

At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was.
