They called at 430 saying they couldn't come and rescheduled for Wednesday same time. Wednesday came and we hadn't heard from the company. They did show up but not at 430. They arrived at 515. It wasn't a big deal but I could see how usually this is a potential problem. The driver came out and shook my hand with a smile. He then found my septic and the opening to it pretty quick. I was impressed. When he pulled it open it was noticed this tank has not been maintained in years. He guessed 5-10 years. He pumped it out pretty quick. I was told an hour but didn't take more then 30 minutes. I would use these guys again. He even took a look at my neighbors yard as well. He ran out of time to take care of it today but maybe they can reschedule for a different day.

I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Two places wanted to come out and look at the installation location before quoting. Why? I needed a dog door installed in an exterior wooden door - what's to look at? One place quoted me a fee 6 times the fee quote I got from Home Hero! Of course I went with Home Hero! They were so communicative - giving me a one hour time period when they would arrive, then updating me as to their exact arrival! Erik and Raykell were at my home exactly on time, and did an amazing, quick and perfect job putting in the dog door. The payment requested at the end was exactly what was quoted. They also discussed with me methods of shoring up my existing fence to keep my dogs from digging out - or predators from digging in - and promised to consider all methods to shore up the fence and get back to me. I will be hiring them to help me shore up the fence once I decide what method to use, and I will hire them for any handyman service I need in the future, and owning a home means you need a good handyman (or handyperson) to call on. It's so good to know that I have an honest, responsive, caring company to call on when I need help.
