I put my 2 boxes on the floor and said I would have to leave them there until I could get my husband with the car. I am a 75-year old women. Luckily I am in pretty good shape for my age. This young man stood there and watched me. Still not offering to help. By this time I was trying to figure it out myself and was very nervous. I couldn't look anything up on the phone because of the stress. I walked out the door and thanked this young man for nothing. He proceeded to pick up my boxes and throw them out the front door. There were people outside that witnessed this. It was extremely embarrassing. I put them back inside until I could get the car which was parked down by Publix (my husband was inside, we were going to do some shopping). This was the worse type of treatment I have ever received from someone who is supposed to be helping the Public. This young man should not be allowed to work with the Public. I would not tell you to never use this place again, but, would say if you ever go in there and see a young man with an earring in his nose, do not expect the good service that this company usually provides.

I had an important document that needed to actually arrive at the destination. I had to certify delivery, otherwise who knows where it would end up? The delivery address was a PO Box so I was unable to use FedEx or UPS; my first choices.
