Found them via Google. This one was unique. They will do the stuff, fold it and deliver it back to me in my personal blue laundry bag they provide. All this was done overnight. This morning I got back my laundry, folded in the blue bag. Took me less than five minutes to get every thing back into drawers. Finally, I can see my floor again! Yes, I have been a slob recently. Poor health was a factor, but not the main cause. The folding puts my teeth on edge. Also gave them some badly stained work towels. They came with some faint memory of the stain, but you could tell they were clean. Cost was reasonable. Service was superior.

It's been my go-to for years. That ends today. Their own signage clearly states "Last wash: 7:15pm." I parked at 7:13pm, walked in at 7:16pm, and was immediately met with a dismissive "you just here to dry?" from an employee named LeeAnne. No greeting, no flexibility, just a flat-out denial of washer service. I was stunned. I even walked back out to double-check the time--still 7:16pm. I came back in, politely clarified the timing, and she simply told me that 7:16 was too late. Seriously? One minute past, with me already standing there? This place was clean, convenient, and reliable. But if this is how rigid and unwelcoming the service has become, they've lost my business.
