    Great service and nice to have the store available locally for Fort Pierce. They also serve as a drop point for Amazon returns.

    Do not use this store under any circumstances. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service…read more I needed to send a FedEx envelope to Switzerland. I wasn't greeted when I entered the store and was not treated with respect the entire time. During the process, I was not offered different shipping options and was not asked any questions about the type of business this envelope was going to. They didn't even ask if the envelope was going to a private or commercial business. I was handed a label with errors in the name of the town and the country. The envelope was actually labeled to go to Swaziland (South Africa) and not Switzerland. When I asked to change the destination, the lady behind the counter became extremely aggressive and rude, stating that 'that's what was coming from the system.' When I told her that I was not going to pay more than $100 for a shipment to the wrong country, she started complaining and reminded me that 'she knows how to do her job.' The error was eventually fixed, and the envelope was relabeled, but she didn't even tell me the expected delivery date. I did not get an itemized receipt either, and since this was a transaction made for business using my business card, I had to take extra steps with my employer because of the way she handled the entire shipping. She aggressively threw my envelope in a pile and didn't even say a word to me until I left. I will never come back. In fact, I had to call FedEx to fix some of the mess she made. Despite always having positive experiences with FedEx, this was extremely bad. I felt I was not valued and was not treated with the respect that is due to a paying consumer. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this was outrageous.
