UPS just returned a Christmas package sent December 17 to an address in Brooklyn. Never delivered but returned after months to original shipping store with some nonsense narrative about attempting delivery. It just had to be left at the address, so "attempt " makes no sense. Phone number provided by the store for customer service informed me the "you can not be connected with a live agent for this issue". So I've paid their premium price to have a very expensive gift lost for months with no recourse. Sad way to run a business read more
