Absolutely the worst UPS store I have been to in Florida or Tennessee. The staff is absolutely horrible, the older man that works there is rude and unhelpful, they had a girl working there that was cursing out the last customer to me when I dropped off my packages. My packages have gone "missing" after dropping them off. Avoid and drive to another UPS store and save yourself a headache. read more

How this store remains open defies logic -- given the atrocious way customers are consistently treated. When we moved to Vero Beach a few years ago, I asked neighbors where I could find a UPS store. They directed me to the Miracle Mile store, but everyone advised me to prepare for an arrogant manager and extremely unpleasant experience. The neighbors were correct. The store manager (perhaps franchise owner) is just like a prison warden treating customers like inmates. When I reluctantly use this store I always (yes, always) have an unpleasant experience with the gestapo manager or one of his trained guards. Avoid this store and use Fedex or another UPS drop point if you can. read more

These employees are the absolute worst. Last week a man told me I was "at the wrong store" to drop off a UPS pre-paid labeled package and told me to go to the post office. After some back and forth he said he would take the package if I emailed them a fresh label. I sent the email from my phone and then he sent me to the back of the line (5 people) so I left. Today I brought another package in and three employees were just standing there for 5 minutes not helping the 3 of us that were in line for 10 minutes. Horrible store. read more

I had the worst experience at this store while being helped by Raj (not sure of the spelling) I found out he's the owner when I called corporate to report the incident. To say he was extremely rude and unprofessional is an understatement and his behavior was uncalled for. I wish I could give this store zero stars but unfortunately it's not an option. read more

Ben at this location has zero personality and horrible customer service skills. I brought two pre-paid USPS packages to be mailed, and before he even tried to see if they would fit in the USPS box, he said the "big one won't fit you will have to take them to post office". He then added that "they (the USPS) doesn't give him a commission". That is the worst thing he could have said to me. Greed at it finest! I don't usually post reviews, but he's an ass. It's about building relationships in the community. That's how to build loyalty among his customers. How does he know that I'm not a store owner or vendor who frequently uses UPS and will give him business??? read more

The staff at this location are not rude at all. Don't let some of the reviews run you off. What they are, is extra busy! They are the best group of multitaskers I have ever been around. Do not use this store!!! They are RUDE and extremely over priced! They tried to charge me $78 JUST to pack an item. But the box itself was $18. I said $60 extra dollars just to pack it!?!?! He said yes that's our labor. I must be in the wrong business! He offered no assistance to help me figure out a better price or another way to ship. Just rude and greedy! If you have needs for packing and shipping please use postal connections in Vero Beach on US one in the Publix shopping center on 12th! Tell Marc you heard about it through yelp! I went to ups to send my husband a care package he is in the military. This is the first care package I've had to send, so I wasnt exactly sure how it worked. Anyways, as i am giving my information to the young girl this man is cutting a box to fit my stuff inside. Once he heard me say the package is going to PR (as hes still cutting the box) he proceeded to then tape the box. He said oh you can only send thru the post office. I said okay thank you for the information, I will go there! He then told me I HAD to pay for the box (almost $8, I might add!) So knowing it was going to PR and my box would be nearly nothing at the post office he still continued to tape it so I "HAD" to pay for it. I would not recommend this ups store to anyone. We are all trying to make a living ! But this was just flat wrong. If u could give zero stars I would. read more

Absolutely awful. First of all, i was forced to have to use the ups store since it was a Saturday and past noon, so all post offices were already closed. Never will I let that happen again. From the moment I walked in, it was an awful experience. One of the employees, younger girl who seemed extremely odd and perhaps anti-social, was on the phone with a customer pretty much the whole time I was there. She was extremely rude to the customer on the phone. The customer sounded like they were asking what box sizes are available. The employee was pretty much yelling at the customer and was talking to the customer very sarcastically and was very rude. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then when the employee got off the phone, she went to the other employee working and started to make fun of the customer for asking what box sizes they have! Simply ridiculous. Second thing is, shipping prices here are outrageous. It cost me $48 on a Saturday to ship something with a guarantee for Wednesday. It never arrived and the employee never gave me a tracking number. Seriously, do not ever use the ups store unless you are extremely extremely desperate. I am shocked this place is still in business. read more

The owner is EXTREMELY rude. I went in asking for a notary for a specific document that I needed to be verified. I had been to my bank to get it done for free. However, per their company policy they are not authorized to notarize these types of documents and advised that the UPS store may be able to assist. I Went into the store and explained to the notary "Ben" (who is also the owner) what I needed done. He then proceeded to tell me that he was unable to assist because he does not verify and/or notarize these types of documents either. Fair enough I said. Then I STARTED to ask where he thought I could go since it appears as though not many people are able to provide notary services for this document (which by the way is a VERY common document and anybody who has ever been employed in the U.S. has filled one out). However, I was cut off mid sentence. This is when he became loud and rude (there were at least 2-3 customers in the store all being waited on by other employees). He proceeded to tell me that "by law" he could not tell me anything about what I was asking for. Huh???? "But wait", I continued. I don't think you understand what I'm asking, I said to him. (My question by the way was the equivalent of me asking for directions to the nearest gas station). He then proceeded again (still in a loud tone) to tell me that he could not help me. He was even so loud, at one point a customer standing next to me asked me what it was that I needed because maybe he could help me. Overall, I am not upset or even mad about him not being able to provide the service, because if you can't do it, you can't do it no big deal. However, what I was really taken back by the most was how he felt it was okay to be so loud and rude to me period and much worse while other customers where in the store. He even went so far as to say to me that he couldn't talk to me about it anymore because he had to "help other customers". Again, everybody in there was already being helped by other staff. Bottom line is this. Unfortunately, he won't EVER receive my business for any type of service that his store DOES provide based on how rudely I was treated while just trying to get answers for my situation. I think the owner needs a lesson in humility. He needs to understand that we as consumers are not required to do business with him and we can choose to spend our hard earned money elsewhere. If he keeps this up, based on the other negative reviews, he may loose a lot more business than he gains. read more

As previous poster said hit or miss with the staff. Some are silent from the moment you walk in until you leave. comes over as slightly hostile compared to those who are very nice to the customers. read more
