I just waited in a long line that was out the door. I needed 2 documents notarized and had a few returns for Amazon. The girl that asked if she could help me, Stated that I had to wait to side until a notary came. She proceeds to ask the boy that was working next to her if he could notarized my documents. He mumbled his response to her, but she did not hear him. He then loudly says "No I am not going to stop the line for that, she has to wait until the line dies down". Funny thing is this line is not dying down. This is my third attempt for service at this location which is 5 minutes from my house. From today forward, I WILL NOT conduct any FUTURE Business here. Friendly staff, but horrible Amazon return experience because they were unable to meet the Amazon provided instructions and were definitely not familiar with the Amazon drop off process. If you want cards, a mailbox or shipping service this store may be good. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AMAZON RETURNS. I even went back about one item and was told sorry no, same answer- read the fine print. Honestly, I will go out of my way to go to different UPS because I'm sick of the blonde girl who is rude and passive aggressive every time I come in. I have never experienced such horrible costumer service. I have been several different times to see if the girl was just having a bad day the first time I went but now that it has been the FOURTH time and she still rude for no reason at all. Im over it. With an attempt to return equipment for AT&T. The lady who was my clerk was very rude & dismissive. In my time of trying to advise they store made an error on my previous interaction she continued to cut me off and make me aware it's no longer their issue if we have shipped it. RIP OFF!!!! Young girl with long dark hair waited on me. Tried to tell me the least expensive route to send my package was nearly $140.00. Owner called me the same day as this review was posted which I appreciated but he sounded only half apologetic about his employee's behavior. I have already forwarded my formal complaint to the corporate UPS Headquarters so that these people can get a reality check on customer service and proper training on how to respect potential customers. Update - April 23, 2019 - One of the store's goons / probably the owner's friend has messaged me through yelp telling me to "go back to California" in a nutshell... please see message proof in photo. Seems like this franchisee would rather harass the customer because his store got a bad review instead of tackling the customer service issue head-on; very mature. Caleb is very responsive and good. He handles my shipping professionally and is very pleasant. But they have a new young person named Mia who could not get my phone correct even after me telling her 3 times. She asked me if I ever shipped with them. I replied yes all the time she had the 9 transposed as a 1. She was not pleasant but rather snippy. I know by default there is $100 value on each package. When I reviewed the paper work she had 0 value. I called her on it and she snipped back "you didn't declare a value" not once but 3 times. I then told her I ship here all the time and I don't have this problem with Caleb. Mia needs some customer service training. Other employees are great I ship weekly. read more

We needed a notary and the ability to receive closing documents that were time sensitive. The documents didn't get received into the email UPS store account until after 6:00 pm (document was about 150-175 pages) but the owner knowing how important we got these copied and shipped out he stayed late and personally delivered them to the Fedex delivery driver so they would get back to agency. I've used their services multiple times and have had the same level of professional service @ time. read more

Horrible and very slow service, I only needed to drop one single box, they only have one clerk to take care of everything. There were 3 people in front of me and it took about 25 min. To get to the desk to drop off my package and leave in less than 1 minute. The owner should hire more people to make it more efficient. read more

I needed a notary for my 90-year-old mother and was waited on by Jordan Harvey. Upon learning of my mother's age, he chatted with her in a friendly manner about the "perks" of being 90, (good parking spots, head of the line, discounts), which she enjoyed and made her feel special. Then he spontaneously WAIVED the notary fee of $10. My mother was affected by his kindness. I was driving her home to Jacksonville that afternoon and she talked about it/him all the way home: "Wasn't that nice of that young man?" It WAS nice of that young man. KUDOS to you, Ryan Harvey. Your random act of kindness made my mom's day and my day as well. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to do business with this UPS store. Well done and thank you! read more

I just tried calling these guys to ask about pricing of their store vs online. I'm trying to arrange shipping for 3 packages from CN to Vero Beach. I was going to drive down and pay them to ship it; I wasn't asking for anything free! If you can't make it work on line, the obvious answer is to drive down and have a real person from UPS do it for you. That's not going to happen with these guys. The man who answered the phone was VERY rude as I was attempting to ask about having them arrange shipping. He's obviously too busy to be bothered by a potential customer asking a question and obviously knows all the anwers to questions he hasn't even heard. No going there; recommend you stay away. I was appalled by the customer service that I received at 2160 58th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL on 06/15/2022 by a women who claimed to be (USPS KAREN) the store owner. I bought a package that I needed returned to Amazon and was told that I needed to have it shipped. I advised that I have always made returns using the original packaging and never had a problem. This woman had the audacity in front of other customers to tell me that "It was her store and not to talk to her that way". She was not disrespected in any way. I then advised that we are both adults meaning that she shouldn't have spoken to me in that manner. Then she pretended to tell me that she was only trying help. First of all, I am the customer and she should have handled my request to send the return in the original package from the beginning. We went to this store - the same one we have used regularly for at least 15 years - to drop off 2 packages for UPS shipping. We had the usual home-printed paper labels, the boxes were packed, but both needed the labels attached and then they need to be taped shut. The store employee said that in the future, they would not accept packages not ready to ship. I said "They are ready, except for the label and taping them closed." He replied "Exactly. You expect me to do it, on my time and with my tape." Oh, sorry...I thought you were a store that packs and ships. My mistake. I'll have to go buy 4 inch wide tape for the labels in the future, plus we'll have to review the UPS standards and make sure we meet them for package integrity. In fact, we were ready to pay for whatever they wanted to charge, and we walked up to the counter with credit card in hand, ready to swipe. The store is under new ownership, and apparently, it has become a you-do-the-packing if you want them to do the shipping store. We will not go back to this store. read more

I used this store to ship an item and the item was damaged in shipment. Not only did the UPS Store refuse to refund my outrageous shipping cost but they refused to cover the speaker that I shipped with them. When talking to Ken Austin the store manager I told them they should refund my shipping cost and he said "Good Luck with that". When the box arrived at destination the receiver told me that the box looked like it went through World War III. Stay away from this store and UPS. Your better off shipping with Fed-EX or the good ole USPS. read more

Horrible customer service given to someone that sends this location business on a regular basis (not after today) My package was being sent to a grieving friend, she was home on the scheduled day of delivery when all of a sudden it said it was delayed by a business day with no explanation why even though it was in the area since 5am that day. Before that date my friend had gone online to do an online signature for the package to be left if she had to leave home. The package was attempted delivery twice and they would not leave the package even though she had authorized them to do so. When the package got back to the store they insulted my friends neighborhood, saying it's not a nice neighborhood and they wouldn't risk leaving it. She lives in the nicest neighborhood of Brooklyn and they will not return my payment. I paid for a service not received and I will never send another client there again. They didn't once even apologize or give me the respect to look me in the eyes. read more
