The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Having peace of mind knowing everything is being attended to is a huge relief for us. If you have a second home in Florida and are away from your house or condo I would highly recommend this service.
