Hi Bello Linens - you do a great job and I have recommended you to many new customers. Could you help clean up one thing? Your online presence does not match your reality! Hours listed on Yelp are different than what's on your door. So incredibly frustrating to plan errands around getting items to you or picked up, only to arrive to a locked door. And when I try to confirm hours by calling on the phone, I get a message that voicemail is full. This has happened multiple times. Very frustrating. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. I made this anonymous so they don't do something nasty to me in revenge for sharing my experience. They creeped me out THAT much. I am not writing this to shame or slander. But I had a truly terrible time in this shop with these women, and I want to disclose it to hopefully protect others. Okay so first of all, this place smells. Badly. Like mold, or that nasty musty scent old fabrics get when they're left alone. So minus AT LEAST one star. It's smelly and IMMEDIATELY I was uncomfortable because of the smell and how unclean it seemed. Doesn't inspire confidence. Second, it's REALLY cramped and VERY DARK. The floor and tables are disorganized and cluttered. It looks like someone's closet just exploded. There is no sign of visibly hospitality. Things seem just half-thrown around the room, and some of their items are displayed in plastic bins, despite costing upwards of 10.00. It was like being at a peddler's shop, like being sold imitation gucci while the guy tries to convince you it's worth something (it's not). Or like a place where you get kidnapped. Suspicious feeling and smelly. So minus another star. It's not a pleasant experience to even be in the shop. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to be OUT. It feels creepy, and dirty. But I pushed through because they had a sign that said designer masks, and I wanted help. I wanted something made out of transparent mesh. I don't care about my health, I believe Jesus will take care of me and believe in free will, so those who want to wear a covering can, and will reap their own rewards, while I do what I want for myself, and them for themselves. But then we get to how the people treated me. Which is why I would get to negative stars, if I could. So I walked in and immediately am asked if I "want to use" the sanitizer. I tell them no, I don't want to, and they smile at me like I'm an a**hole. I feel bad, but no I don't want to. I tell them I won't touch anything (anymore, I had been), I just have a question. I feel like a burden. Not only will they not make the kind of face covering I want, some uppity customer lectures me on "how we care" I'm not wearing a mask. I tell her look, you're wearing a mask, so it doesn't matter if I am. You have "all the 'protection'" you can possibly get. I think it's over...but then they start passive aggressively (with smiles the whole time) chewing me out over not using the sanitzier. I'm sorry, you asked me if I WANTED to....I thought it was optional?! I offer to leave, since I'm apparently violating their sensibilities -- they SAY NOTHING, AND TURN BACK AROUND AS THOUGH I'M NOT THERE?!? Then the STORE OWNER or whoever is in charge at the moment jumps in, with an employee, and start CHEWING ME OUT about how "they don't do that here," as though my requesting some kind of sheer, see through face covering (I want to be seen when I speak, and communicate more easily in places where health nazis haven't let go of their unconstitutional reign) -- is a mortal sin. All three of them: the witchy customer, the two workers -- are now chewing me out. I have NEVER felt like a more dirty, lower class, despised citizen in my entire life. You only get to go to Bello if you're in with their clique, and worship their same "health gods". Women will understand when I say they are the worst kind of bullies: the ones who pettily and passive aggressively mock you to your face or shame you, while smiling, while giving you commands unclearly about what they want out of you. If I had wanted to be bullied and made fun of, I would just go back to middle school. And I could say nothing to them, as it was clear they were having fun at my "dirty" expense, uppity customer included. I'm an adult woman. I haven't felt so awful in the presence of other girls since the clique-era of 6th grade. It was a disgusting experience. I left and called around for other help. So here's my review: if you want to be bullied and shamed by a a bunch of aging and failed Queen Bees, then go ahead, by all means, go into their store, use their dirty, disgusting facility, let them mock you to your face, let them bully you about YOUR health, let them make fun of your faith in Jesus Christ and respect for free will. But don't give them your money. They'll just shame you for being fat or ugly or unhealthy or not worshiping the "health gods" they so clearly do. Go to Master Tailor one plaza over by the car wash. Always kind and professional. Don't know why I even tried somewhere different. To the "ladies": I FORGIVE YOU, but I HOPE GOD STOPS YOU WITH EVERYTHING IN HIS ARSENAL. first, when asked to take up some fullness in the back of my garment, this company entirely changed the style of the piece of clothing by sewing up the slits at its sides. Second, when replacing the elastic in a pair of slacks, reworked the waistband and removed the label so I can't tell front from back. Twice disappointed is enough. read more
