In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). I called this store last week to inquire about consigning a wedding dress. Under the impression that I had all the information I needed I got in the car and drive an hour to get there. Upon arrival I was met with a tattered store front, dirty carpet, a moldy smell and a barefooted toddler with green snot running down her face. The woman I spoke with in the phone was there to greet me and was accompanied by a woman who appeared to be homeless and kept interferering with the conversation I was trying to have. The woman who worked there (who never introduced herself) was very rude and tried to make fun of me for my dress being wrinkled. I reminded her of the conversation we had last week in which I asked what the requirements were for the dress. She acknowledged me and still tried to put me down for it being properly prepared. She was VERY rude. I have worked in hispitality for 20 years and I would never dream of treating someone the way she treated me. Awful. I will not be returning.
