A day before a planned trip to Washington, D.C. I learned that the length of my son's pants were several inches too long. Having known about Master Tailor of Vero from my daily drive to work, I called to inquire about expedited services. I was advised to drop the pants off "as soon as possible" by Zhanna. Not having to depend on the length that I determined sufficient for my son, I simply took him with me for a proper fitting. I had them ruin a California king comforter- shredded! How it got bagged and not brought to my attention really disappointed me. I did not ask them to replace it as it was about 4-5 years old- but it was one of my favorites that I had taken great care of. I just didn't want to fuss over price. Etc. I was about finished using them but tried them again- high prices and lost/ didn't tag an item? I honestly had forgotten about too but they should have been able to call me- I have no plans on returning - too many in town that do as good or better so unless you have to have deliver it is not a store I'd recommend personally.
