Normally a great spot--but tonight was incredibly disappointing. I'm born and raised in Vero and have always chosen this laundromat whenever I needed to do laundry. It's been my go-to for years. That ends today. Their own signage clearly states "Last wash: 7:15pm." I parked at 7:13pm, walked in at 7:16pm, and was immediately met with a dismissive "you just here to dry?" from an employee named LeeAnne. No greeting, no flexibility, just a flat-out denial of washer service. I was stunned. I even walked back out to double-check the time--still 7:16pm. I came back in, politely clarified the timing, and she simply told me that 7:16 was too late. Seriously? One minute past, with me already standing there? This place was clean, convenient, and reliable. But if this is how rigid and unwelcoming the service has become, they've lost my business. read more

Take credit or debit and can sign up for their program with $10 .00 membership card if local or returning. Enter at your own risk. If you have a problem, you won't get any help from the employees. The employees are very unprofessional and the world resolves around them. I contacted corporate office, and they took do not care about customers. If something goes wrong, the customer will get blamed. I would avoid this place. read more

Used this place a second time a year later on vaycay and it was still clean with a great attendant who is super helpful. It has free Wi-Fi to keep the kids busy while you wash your heart out! Highly recommend!!!! No shady characters were present and it all seems family friendly and safe. Please give this place a try to keep good businesses going. They have a wash and fold service and it's near other shops so you can walk around while you're waiting on your laundry. I love that you can use your credit card at the machines so you don't have to worry about bringing quarters, which I always forget! read more

I'm from out of town staying a week in Vero. I needed some wash done before heading further south to see my mother. While the washers were running we walked the stores and then used the dryer. In between all this someone stole my new yellow North Carolina tshirt. Lesson learned, must watch washer and dryer at all times. Be on the look out for someone wearing said shirt. read more

A very nice place to do your laundry. The staff is very friendly. The business is very clean. The machines are very easy to use. Small washing machines are $3.00 dollars to use and the large machines are $6.00 to use. They handle a lot of clothes. The dryers are $1.50 and I didn't have to had anymore money everything was dried in 36 minutes. They have WiFi and the place is air conditioned. I have not been to a Laundry Matt in many years. Having a home Under construction, I needed the services of a Laundry Matt... And how grateful I was to her picked, Sundhine Laundry Centers !!! So beautifully clean, and ALL the laundry machines were so clean, AND WORKING!!! This made it a pleasant experience !! Not a piece of trash on the floor, which was very clean, and the outside was well kept. The young Lady, Tabatha, was friendly, professional, and most of all, very helpful. She showed me how nowadays, they used"Cards", not coins, and Tabatha would periodically check with me to make sure I was doing alright with the machines. They have many laundry machines, both washers and dryers, of different sizes, and I found this sooooo helpful!!! ** I finally found a place to wash my California King Bedspread !!! I was thrilled !!! If you need a Laundry Matt, there is no where else to go but Sundhine Laundry Centers. If I could've choosen more than 5 stars... I most definitely would have. Very clean and helpful employees. Washers are about average price dryers are very expensive starting at 2.85 for 30 minutes. They don't use coins so for the dyers you don't have the option of choose less time. I didn't use the larger dryers but I believe they were 2.60 for the dry cycle. Visited the store at Miracle Mile by TJ Maxx and was so impressed! I had tried the laundromat in Sebastian - took one look around and got back on Yelp to find another place and that's how I discovered Sunshine Laundry Center. The attendant was the most helpful, kind, and friendly person. The place was spotless, all the machine clean and working. The waiting area was well lit and very comfortable. I am so glad we found this place and the reviews on Yelp were spot on. Vicki helped us with a bulky mattress pad. They were able to launder the pad for me with no trouble for very little cost...and fast too. Friendly, helpful, clean, and convenient. I expect I could have done it myself using their machines..but for just a little bit, Vicki took care of it while I had other errands to do and then she called me when it was ready. I will be going back to this place to get my hard to do laundry done. read more
