They had exactly what I was looking for I was able to give me a piece cut in the shape I needed with a sticky back. I periodically come back to a better copy to have different books printed and graphics printed. They were able to take a low resolution image I submitted increase the size to what I needed and do a lot of cleanup on the pictures. I called to see if they could help me design a funny t-shirt. The experience was overall really great. A lot of back and forth by email showing each other the proofs they were working on and making from a designs. They worked with me until I was satisfied with the design and printed the shirt up for me. The experience of working with them was really great and the end result is perfect and hilarious. They also do business cards, flyers, full body cardboard stand ups, vinyl graphics, different shirts and clothing items and much much more. Definitely more of a sign maker than a print shop, but they had a large printer (which a few other "print shops" in the area didn't) and got the job done fast and cheap and did a good job. Will definitely be using again in the near future. So don't let the name fool you, grammar nazis; this is a reputable business that's been open a long time. I can only attribute the faux pax in the name to trying to get to the front of their section of the yellow pages (remember those?).

They used to have boxes and packing supplies, cards and decorative mailers. Now it's a bare interior that doesn't feel inviting at all. Prices are a complete rip off. I dropped off a ready to mail USPS priority mail envelope, flat rate…read moreenvelope 12.5"x9.5". I just needed the flat rate postage. At the US Post office it is $9.85. The woman behind the counter charged me $17.71. When I asked if there was a mistake the woman behind the counter said post office rates have gone up. I said I sent one of these at the post office last year and it was less than $10. She said "no this is the current rate". I was in a hurry so I paid and left. Once I returned home I looked up the post office rate online and it is $9.95. I called and when I asked her about the markup that they have, she rudely said with an attitude "we are not the post office". I said "do you have a rate sheet so I know what I would be charged in the future if I brought another envelope?" She said "no, it is whatever comes up in the computer, I just work here. Complain to the manager." The envelope was already sealed and addressed, it just needed a priority mail postage. The way the price was presented to me was deceptive. I could understand if they charged a small fee or if they had to pack up an item and charge for that, but this was just a rip off. The woman behind the counter could have easily said that the price they charge has nothing to do with the price the post office charges. Instead she blamed the high cost on the USPS recently raising rates. Lesson learned, I will not be using A1A "rip off" Pack and Ship at Driftwood Plaza, 3830 S.
