It made my previous experience at the other company seem like a nightmare! They explained exactly what kind of file they needed to make my custom stamp and told me what types of ink would be best for the surfaces I was stamping. Ordering multiple sizes and different color/type of ink was easy because it was clearly listed with prices on their website. After sending in my order it was less than a week until I picked up my stamps. They look perfect! I'm sure as my company expands I will have the need for more stamps and I will definitely go back to ACME.

I would not even give a 1 star review to this business but that was the worst option since a zero…read morewas not included. I left a neon light for a simple repair (the neon didn't even need to be repaired, simply plastic clips to secure it.). I left it with them nine days in advance of my dad's 90th party asking that they could possibly have it done for the party. They planned to charge me $90.00 just for little plastic clips to adhere the sign to a plastic backing. Highway robbery but the light meant a lot to me, so I agreed. I did not hear back from them and waited another month since the party at that point was over. My husband went in to check and a girl working the counter said my sign was still sitting on her bosses desk. Another week later my husband called and the owner or manager or whoever answered the phone and said "oh, I could fix that in 10 minutes." I'll call you right back. A week later, I told my husband to go get my light back which has been in the family forever. I told him to pick it up fixed or not. He went today and of course only the counter girl was there and had no explanation. She returned the light. I still don't know if The neon works and it better because it did when I dropped it off. Now, i called a new place and I'm starting over and there is no reason Brister Signs should have held my light hostage for almost 2 months. Terrible customer service, no apologies..nothing. If you come across this place to do business, run the opposite way. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business. -0 stars. The first company I tried was the one that will come up in Google in my area. I felt like I was bothering the woman asking her if she could do a job. I had no confidence that it would be completed. I saw Forsyth Lettering and It said serving Satellite But the number was an out of state area code I almost didn't call it because I thought it was going to be a place that mass produces and ships, There were a bunch of sponsored ads on the page. . How glad I am that I did reach out. I got an immediate call back I told her what I was looking for and the timeframe I knew it was last minute could she do it? I purchased the certificates and I appreciated the fact that she made no guarantees she could do what I wanted. She couldn't be certain that the quality of the paper was suitable for Calligraphy work. I had purchased several in case I screwed it up, trying to do it myself and I was willing to have one ruined if need be. She even came and picked them up from me. When she called to tell me, she could do it and gave me the price I was was ecstatic The price was very reasonable. I got the certificates back today. She had done The extra certificate as well In a different thickness, so I could choose Which I liked best. The hard part is they are both fantastic I will be Recommending her to everyone. In a time when customer service is almost nonexistent she went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier
