Worst body shop experience I've ever had. Tried to charge me double on aftermarket parts after…read moretelling me factory parts would be more expensive and that aftermarket parts won't fit right, So I obviously let them know I wanted factory/OEM parts. And they also altered the price on an aftermarket part and made it even higher, Claiming it was OEM. When I spoke with the owner and let him know what happened I was told "it is what it is" so they obviously don't care if they're scamming you or not. Told him about what his employees were doing overcharging then proceeded to block me, so I wouldn't be surprised that he knew they are overcharging unaware customers. Do yourself a favor and Take your money elsewhere. Or at least double check what you are paying for.

I used Bartman Enterprises to print T-shirts with our company logo. I provided them the same…read morephotoshop file that I used with a different shop in the past. When I picked up the shirts the colors did not look right so I compared them to both a shirt previously printed at another shop and also the photoshop file. The old shirt and the photoshop file match perfectly but the shirts printed by Bartman do not match. I have tried to contact them by email on 5/12/2023, 5/16/2023 and 5/16/2023. No response has been received from them. I also went to the store in person and showed them the difference in color. The man claimed that I must have given them the wrong photoshop file. I suppose he did not expect me to be able to open the photoshop file to check. But it was the correct file. They just somehow printed the wrong colors. In the picture you can see how different the colors are. The left is how it is supposed to look with a burgundy but in the right, it is almost pink. Hopefully this review helps others when having shirts printed so they can use a shop that stands behind their work. In my opinion and experience Bartman Enterprises does not.

But, Jeannie made my request feel important, never mentioning the fact that big jobs were already on her schedule. She ASKED when I would like to have my daughters team jacket and my response reflected the fact that I didn't want them to think I was demanding for such a small job. When she told me 1-2 weeks I felt this was a very fair estimate. So, began the decision on color, font, placement, my personal info and cost. Imagine my relief when she told me $9 for 8 embroidered letters!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Tees for all your custom screen printing and embroidery jobs, BIG and SMALL. I went in on a Wednesday and I received a call from Jeannie on Thursday afternoon that my daughters jacket was ready for pickup!!! Super pleased with this business and look forward to a beautiful future together!!!!
