Fortunately they fit and still look great except the soles and heel needed some fixing. So I called around for pricing. Many places wouldn't give prices/estimates over the phone, but K Shoe did and although a little higher than others they had great views and sometimes you get what you pay for! Not only did the shoes look great, but they knew I had a flight to catch in a few days and finished my shoes 2 days earlier than what they original quoted me. Just be careful that the price they give you can easily increase depending on what material and additional fixes you have done.

This was the second time I've been in her shop this weekend. I really didn't expect her to be able to fix it on such short notice, especially as the jacket parts are no longer available (Victory brand). Then I received a text saying it was ready two days early. My beautiful jacket is now as good as new and was ready in time for bike week! Good thing too because we had record cold and I really needed it. Tina's shop really hits all of the notes for me: local, female owned & operated small business, delivers superior service. The shoe sales company, itself, I like. I really get enticed by their BOGO 50% Off offers any time I come in there (it gives me a great excuse to pick up two pairs instead of just one.) But the sales associates are less than friendly, regardless of the day or time I shop there, and there's nothing to mention when it comes to service. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.
