This place is ridiculous. I had 2 simple sleeveless A-line Lands End Clearance Racks summer dresses altered. The shoulders had to be shortened and taken in under the arms across the chest. 1. They altered one of the dresses ok. Its how I know how badly they screwed up the second. 2. The second dress, they only took in one side. So I can't even wear the dress......at all. 3. And the kicker. They charged me $92. $92 dollars for a very simple alteration. This wasn't even hard or complicated in the slightest. I'm reading everyone elses alteration stories. They were at least charged a reasonable rate. $92? That is so far beyond ridiculous. The dresses were clearance rack and cost $24. And he charged $92 to alter. That man is insane. Thread hasn't gone up that much. Next stop.....Better Business Bureau to file a claim with photos. read more

This place is a rip off. I had to bring the same dress in TWICE to have a hole mended and both times, they didn't do it. I explicitly talked with them about it and showed them the hole... and they forgot to do it?? Forgot to repair the garment but remembered to charge me for it. I'll never go anywhere else to get my clothes hemmed or altered , i recently got last minute invited to a dance and i ordered a dress overnight and it was too lose on my tiny body and i brought it in day OF the dance and the girl who's in charge of the alterations was the nicest!!!! She welcomed me in and immediately got to helping and working on my dress- mind u i broight it in at11 and needed it before 5 and they had it ready for me at 2!! read more

Used for dry cleaning. Very nice place. Smelled a little weird when I dropped the clothes off but much cleaner smell when I picked up. Clothes were done in 24 hrs. And very modest pricing. I will continue to use their dry cleaning service. If I ever need alterations I'll give them a try for that too. read more

This place is awesome so far we've gone twice for alterations and they were perfect and super fast. Today I dropped off an outfit with a busted zipper. I wanted to wear it to a party TOMORROW. I went in expecting they understandably wouldn't be able to fix it that quick... they told me they could that it would be ready by tomorrow at 2. They called me today that it was ready!
