I dropped off a pair of pants 2 weeks ago to have a button replaced. Showed up 2 days after the scheduled time to be told they couldn't do it. Very convenient location and kind people. My cute boots, the heal taps rotted off. I dropped them off for repair and picked them up over a week later. Perfect repair. I also had a dressy white blouse that had yellowing stains from hanging in my closet for some time. I was donating the blouse but wanted it cleaned to remove stains. Owner was not satisfied with the 1st cleaning, so he cleaned it again. During the process, the plastic rhinestone sewn in buckle broke ( not surprising) but his wife found 4 rhinestone pins to replace the buckle, my choice to choose from. Even though they knew I was donating the blouse, they wanted to ensure it was perfect. They would not take any money from me! I tried, but they refused. I made sure the now beautiful blouse was donated to a worthy cause. My bad, but I didn't get a pic to show. But it was much appreciated. Thank you! read more

We live in a different world..... Customer service or appreciation- ---GONE. I brought 2 pair of shoes to this location, close to home.... to be reheeled... ---An exorbitant charge ($51) but these are lovely and worth the love (My bad!) I was given 3 weeks to pick up... and when I did, today.. there was no pride in work... "here"... that was what I got... A few scuffs were mentioned by me--- "no, I only do heel." He could not have given a tinkers damn... Not even a goodbye or Thanks for your business..... Never going back. Do not recommend. read more

This place offers excellent shoe repairs! Have taken several pairs of shoes there and the euro was exceptional and very affordable.

Two stars for alterations only. DO NOTTT come here if you want reasonable prices. Or do come if you want to be lied to and ripped off. I just picked up something that I had altered and I was forced to pay almost $20 more than I was told. When I left my clothes the first time, I was given the exact price I'd have to pay. Today that jumped up for no reason. When I asked why, I received a shrug and no cares given. Lesson learned I WILL NEVER COME BACK! Save your money and go anywhere else. I've been going to them for about 3 months after my last cleaners closed. They take longer then usual but I didn't mind. The last time I picked up my suit it smelled really bad with a cigarette smell. The guy owner smokes out back and leaves the back door open and it smells like smoke when you walk in. I called them to refund my 1 suit and to clean it again and his wife answered and actually told me it was because my wife smoked in the car! She has no idea who my wife is and my wife does not smoke!! I couldn't believe she said that. Then she hung up on me. Never going back!! read more

I brought a pair of my Jack Rogers there to be repaired. For as much as those suckers cost me, you'd thing the soles wouldn't FALL APART after less than a year - with no warranty of course. I dropped the poor things off and in a week or so, they were ready! The soles were perfect, and matched some other pairs I have to the tee! I really couldn't be happier with Extreme Dry Clean... This is my favorite dry cleaning place. They pay such attention to detail and I absolutely love the velvet hangers they use instead of the wire hangers. I was really impressed at how I got my cashmere robe back. They even had a little cardboard holder for the belt so they it stayed flat and won't get lost. Price is also great! I took a pair of pants in to be hemmed and a Tommy Bahama shirt to be shortened. The work done here was outstanding. I was completely amazed with the work done on both items. The Tommy Bahama shirt was shortened but they also added the side slits and moved the little logo up so that you'd never guess the shirt was modified. My wife said the shirt and pants look like they were tailor made for me. Very impressive. Being somewhat new to the area we now know where to go for alterations! I totally recommend. read more

We brought a gown and tux pants to be altered. When we went to pick them up, everything was hanging in plastic and ready to be taken home. We insisted on trying everything only to discover the gown was not done correctly and the tux pants had been taken in but NOT hemmed. A week later, the dress STILL was not fixed; the pants were done satisfactorily this time. The owner charged me THREE times what other cleaner/tailors charge, and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! read more

I had brought two pairs of pants there to be altered and brought one of my jeans i already like how fit me with me to the alteration place for a sample/example of what i want the two pants to fit like and i specifically said i didn't want anything to happen to my sample jeans . I get them back a week later and my sample jeans have been altered , the owner acknowledged the mistake his wife made but told me that we not give me a refund for my service that cost 75 dollars btw . The two pairs of pants were a disaster , there was open hem lines still in my strip pair along with the waist still being too big and the crotch part now hanging down and the white pair legs were two differnt lengths and way shorter went above my ankle now . When brought to his attention he again acknowledged they didn't do it correctly so not only did the ruin two pairs of jeans but three including a pair they weren't even supposed to touch . The man was very rude and denied a refund and when i brought up just getting my bank to file a claim against the charge he got confused and angry really fast . I've already am filling out a claim with the bbb and filing a civil suite and getting my money back from the bank . Place sucks don't trust it . read more

I found the best Dry Cleaner ever. Customer service is second to none. This family owned dry cleaner really cares. My clothes smell fresh and cleaner than they have ever been. No chemical odor either. My white uniform shirts could not be any whiter. I think they use a magic potion because they are so clean. You wont go wrong here. read more
