Clean but incredibly overpriced. Went somewhere else as I couldn't justify paying so much just to wash a comforter in the large machines.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I use to love coming to this location. Horrible rude staff, I usually come and spend around $400-600 depending how much I have todo. The lady working skinny lady grey hair rude pushy as can be, I'm only one person doing this much laundry I was going as fast as I could. It wasn't like I was sitting on my butt waiting. She was mad because I wasn't moving fast enough moving the laundry. Then as I'm moving laundry out to my car I had slit of laundry so of course I was using the carts. She walks by with her rude comments I'm using to many carts. Mean wile no one was needing carts and there was 5 empty carts not being used. When I tell your better off going somewhere else and spending your money. If I could give this place negative I absolutely would just by the lady worker. She is absolutely rude and nasty for absolutely no reason! read more

Cleanest laundry I ever been to. I use it for my too-big-for-home laundry like bedding. Machines text you when the cycle has ended. The wash and dry service is remarkably inexpensive and good. 6 shirts and a pair of slacks, 5lbs, only $15 on hangers. Never doing my own laundry again. read more

We've been to a handful of Laundromats recently while we get a pipe fixed in our home and this by far has been the best laundromat I've ever been to. It's actually the furthest drive for us but well worth it. They have attendants that work the entire time and it feels very safe most importantly. This location is spacious, updated, clean, has lots of machines, prices are reasonable and more than anything there staff is very friendly. I don't recall her name but she is a older Caucasian women with light hair and she is truly a asset to this facility. We literally come here because of her and the fact that this laundromat is spotless. My fiancé and I are very new to laundromats and she really helped us understand the washing loads and has even helped me remove a stain all while cleaning and preparing orders of clothes people leave for laundry service. They have nice folding stations equipped with a phone stand. A phone charging area and other nice perks. It's even well decorated with freshly painted bright walls. Overall I highly recommend this laundromat for all your washing needs. read more

This is a great little neighborhood laundromat. Clean machines and reasonably priced. The attendant was helpful and friendly. You will have to purchase a card for $1 and then load funds to use on the machines. Sixty-five cents for 10 minutes on the dryers. The bathroom is spotless. read more

I have been doing my linens from work at this laundry mat for about 8 years . I must say while the old owner was very nice to his employees they didn't keep up with the cleanliness and the old driers would take forever to dry . It was also open 24 hrs perhaps that would be one reason it was on the dirty side when I'd go in . I started taking the laundry home to do for about a year . Fast forward to a month ago , behind on sheets and towels I decided to run our dirty linens to the laundry mat because it is much faster to do 6 loads of sheets and towels there and we were running out of clean ones . To my surprise it was so clean and bright ! New machines . Might find an older drier or two in the mix but the new owner has done a terrific job redoing this laundromat. I'm up early to go before we open to do the laundry curious to the new time , I googled it . Glad I did because they are not 24 hrs anymore. Which is fine by me I'll get there at 7 and be done with everything by 8 . I feel safe going to this laundromat. It is well lit with cameras . The shopping center is busy . Definitely would recommend one of the nicer laundromats that I've been to. read more

I normally use the laundromat for my heavy blankets at the end of the year. The laundromat close to my house closed, so I came to West Melbourne. I am GLAD I did! It is clean, the machines worked well. The attendant, Lisette, was very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed and safe at this location. Yes, the prices have gone up but everything is going up! Coming here saves wear and tear on my washing machine. A win/win all around. read more

We have been going to this location for about 11 years. I love what the New owner has done to the place :). The employees are very helpful & pleasant. The old owner was nice, but the place was dirty & run down before, not well lit & most of the machines were down, dirty, or took a really long time to dry. Now it is really clean, lots of lights, clean bathroom & area sink. Several of the machines are new, new tables. We feel safer read more

Dirty. I have been in several laundromats and I don't recall being in one filthier. It is one thing to have worn out flooring or counters, but actual dirt on ledges is just unacceptable. I went to wash my comforters as they are a bit large for my home washers. There has to be a cleaner laundromat in the area somewhere and I will find it! read more

I have been using Coin Laundry for about a month. Reasonably clean, reasonable prices, most of the machines work. I was in there today and had a very disturbing experience. The clerk was chatting with a homeless man, not a customer. His worldly belongings seemed to be in plastic bags hanging from the handlebars of his bicycle which was parked beside the door. He borrowed money for cokes from her, used the rest room, just kind of hung out. While my clothes were drying, I took the no-dry hanging clothes to my car. While I was gone, the homeless man sucked down about 1/3 of my slurpee I left on the table with my book, hangers, etc. Luckily my quarters were in my pocket. Before I left I told the clerk about the incident. She blamed me because I didn't tell her sooner. She did not blame her homeless friend who hangs around pilfering from paying customers. Lousy customer service. I do not recommend Coin Laundry to anyone who values their possessions. Forgot to mention two things. The clerk made the homeless man 'leave' when I complained but his bicycle was still in front of the door. I'm sure he's back in there pilfering away.
