My Tip covers almost all of it: "Prices are exorbitant and you should probably just find somewhere cheaper, cleaner, and less depressing if you need to do your laundry."
What I left out? The dryers are very weak and have a very small max capacity, so you will pay more than you're expecting.
There also aren't actually any employees here (at least, when I went) to watch over the machines / to watch the perpetually unlocked & open door, so you're going to have to sit in one of the two chairs here the whole time, as your stuff launders.
Also, the "free Wi-Fi" didn't actually work for me, so that added more pain to my awful, painstakingly long, mundane experience at Northgate.
