I was there a few days ago and was yelled and screamed at by a man and the lady he was with who also was customers and no doubt both had mental issues. After a initial yelling the man started with me for not excusing passing in front of him but a short time later the man verbally abused an elderly man for looking at his woman. After I came to pick up my dry clothes the woman started up again screaming at me and telling me to leave the store? All this time the manager was there but did nothing. I questioned her after why she did not do anything. Her answer....I didn't hear what the customer was saying to me? It is a small store everyone heard. I go to that store because it is near my apt. Once my daughter tried it on, she loudly stated multiple times the dress was "too tight" and said she could not fix it. To make matters worse, she turned to other customers in the store and asked them to comment on whether the dress was too tight. Involving strangers to publicly judge the bride's dress was rude and completely unprofessional. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher. This is one of the most meaningful and emotional moments in her life, and it should be handled with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We ended up taking the dress back to the original seamstress we had used -- even though she is much farther away -- and she immediately saw the issue we were describing and is correcting it without hesitation.

The place itself was cool because it had ample parking outside and was easy to navigate once inside. Generally speaking, it's your typical laundromat and the machines were clean, which is a huge deal for me because you never want to wash your clothes in a place where a washer feels like it isn't exactly hygienic : it tends to happen Tip: if you're load of laundry, exceeds the space of the smaller washer do yourself a favor in spring for the medium size because you need room for your clothes to actually move around. Does you know good to pack your clothes like a can of sardines and then wonder why it isn't washed correctly. Fortunately, this place had varied sizes of both washers and dryers so I was able to add the appropriate detergent and detail details to get the job done . I'm also a fan of folding clothes immediately so there was a nice space for me to knock that out as well.
