I cannot believe how great my 36 year old house looks after Jenna and her team got through cleaning it. I was later told police had video of the cleaner using my card. The cleaner who came to my home, Ashley Crisswell, was later listed in the Brevard County inmate search with charges dated February 11, 2026, including fraud-related and credit-card-related offenses. Public booking records also show prior felony bookings. My experience with the owner, Joseph Harrington, was also very frustrating. In my view, he delayed, avoided resolving the issue, and did not handle my complaint appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company in my home.

We are incredibly private people and we've always been hesitant to bring someone we didn't know in to clean our home, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, but our work schedules have been so hectic the last few months and we knew we needed help to keep our house in order. I found Eco & Green Clean on Instagram and was intrigued by their list of services and pricing. I interviewed two other cleaning companies before deciding to go with E&GC and was simply not impressed. I have found Jantzen to be professional and courteous with a great eye for detail. She uses eco-friendly cleaning products, which is a bonus. We have been working with E&GC for two months now, and I can't say enough great things about them. Choosing a cleaning professional can be a challenging and daunting endeavor without the recommendation of a trusted friend or neighbor, but Jantzen from E&GC made us feel so comfortable. She does an incredibly thorough job for a very reasonable price. Our home feels like a sanctuary after she leaves, and that is so important during these challenging times!

Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime. She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again. I highly, highly, highly recommend U.S. Cleaning Service.

If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had.
