I bought a 2014 2LT RS Camaro only driving it 4 times before someone crashed into me. I was beside myself but glad at the same time no one got hurt. While waiting to hear from the insurance company I met a guy named Juan who also owns a Camaro that was just reconstructed by Pro Touch. So I went to Pro Touch where I met the owner Jon. He told me that not only would he handle everything with the insurance company but he would make sure my car looks better than new. I knew the moment I met Jon that he is passionate about his work and takes pride in his workmanship so I dropped off my car. He kept me abreast of every step. A few days later I got a call from Jon, he asked me if I had a ride to come pick up my car because it was done. I didn't have a ride so he picked me up personally. (Wow, the owner actually picked me up.) To my surprise the car was covered when I got there which he gave me complimentary. Jon and Matt rolled the cover back to unveil the car and to my surprise, not only did the car look brand new, they also took out a few dings that the car had. Wow!!!! I have never dealt with a company like this before, that takes so much pride and went above and beyond to make a customer for life. Last week I backed into my wife's car barely touching the mud flap behind the right front wheel and slightly bent the front fender that when she opened the door it barely touched the fender which caused a scratch on the inside edge of the door which you had to look very close to see and a 1/2 inch split to the top edge of the mud flap. There was no damage to my car. She received an estimate from a nearby body shop for over $1,200 to fix and paint the fender and door. I took a wooden paint stir and put it between the door and the fender and pulled it out even with the door with the gap that allowed the door to open. I took it to Jon and he touched up the paint scratch and I replaced the mud flap. We left it over night with Jon and when we picked it up the next day it looked good as new and my wife is very picky. I asked Jon what I owed him and he said NOTHING. But I gave him a nice tip anyway. Now he could have charged me a couple hundred dollars but this guy will be fair and treat you right. Pro Touch recently opened up a mechanical garage right across the street from their #1 rated body shop. So my wife was having an engine problem with her Jeep Overland which she took to a well-known repair center. They tried to sell her a brand new engine. I went to see Jon for some advice and to my surprise he had opened a repair center, so I asked him to look at the Jeep. After examining the vehicle which would've cost approximately 6 thousand dollars to repair. He suggested that I go to the dealership and try to get them to cover the repair, even though it was out of warranty. To my surprise the dealership decided to do what would've actually cost $8000 for free. This is why I would never go anywhere else. I am so happy Pro Touch is now doing mechanical. Awesome shop! Hard to find honest people around here but they are as genuine as they come. They did the work that was needed even though it was more trouble then it should have been plus they did more! Color matched some plastic trim on front bumper that looks amazing now and even tinted my lights like we discussed would look nice on there. Amazing people and aren't out to screw you over like most shops, very reasonable on their price. I will be back for more work in the future for sure. This place is great! Jon did such an awesome job with my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Someone backed into the side panel of the truck bed and left a huge dent. Jon helped me with dealing with my insurance company to pay for the repairs and he always kept me in the loop with the progress. He even texted me daily progress pictures. Pro Touch did a great job for me. Repaired a damaged door on my F150. We tried to reuse the pin stripping. When that didn't hold up they picked up the truck from my work, took care of the pin stripping (new all the way around), and returned. Repair work was also very well done.
