He was very honest, the price was very reasonable and the results were more than satisfactory. My 2017 Honda FIT had a dent in the passenger door, others had estimated that eh cost would be $1000 to fix. He did it for less than half that amount and the work is flawless. He also found and fixed a small problem with the starting system and charged only a nominal fee for the work. He also kept the car for a week while I was on a cruise so everything was not only completed when I got back, I was able to just lyft (a much better price than uber) back to his place, pick up the car and then drive home. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia's place ... you won't be disapointed.

Tried to charge me double on aftermarket parts after…read moretelling me factory parts would be more expensive and that aftermarket parts won't fit right, So I obviously let them know I wanted factory/OEM parts. And they also altered the price on an aftermarket part and made it even higher, Claiming it was OEM. When I spoke with the owner and let him know what happened I was told "it is what it is" so they obviously don't care if they're scamming you or not. Told him about what his employees were doing overcharging then proceeded to block me, so I wouldn't be surprised that he knew they are overcharging unaware customers. Do yourself a favor and Take your money elsewhere. Or at least double check what you are paying for.

They called me and set up the appointment for drop off. They also worked to squeeze me in, since they were pretty booked up. When I arrived the lady at the counter was super nice and explained everything to me. They signed me up for text notifications but they are not accurate. I think they over estimate the day it's ready so you are not upset if it would take longer. A gentleman called me once to update me that the car "was in line for painting", and it was ready 2 days later. My car looked good as new. I have no complaints about this place, and I would come back again to get work done. I just pray I never have to. LOL!

It started with a very pleasant receptionist who outlined everything that I would need to know about the process of my vehicle getting repaired, including the fact that if I needed a rental vehicle, that Allstate requires you to pay up front and then they will reimburse you later. I then encountered Timothy Guiles, the Appraiser, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He called periodically to give me updates and let me know what stage the repairs were, which gave me reassurance. When my car was ready and I saw my vehicle, I was BEYOND impressed. My car looked like it never was in an accident! And although my car is almost 10 years old, you would never know the left side of the car was newly painted, that is how incredible they were with paint matching. The entire process Gerber Collision was extremely efficient. And everyone there, made the entire process very smooth. No one ever wants to have to go through being involved in an accident, but I will say Gerber Collision made me forget that part of it. Now a days with Customer Service lacking in so many ways/places it was SOOOO wonderful to encounter Gerber Collision and the EXCELLENT customer service they provided!!
