Ken, the owner, knew exactly what they did wrong when he assessed it and when Auto Body Engineers repainted that part of my car the silver blended in very nicely with the rest of my car. It was like brand new! They had it done in 3 days and when I picked my car up and got inside I noticed they had gone the extra mile to clean the inside and made the outside nice and sparkly, even the tires. After talking on the phone briefly with Ken last week, I took my car in today for repair of a minor issue with front panel. Someone had tapped it, and it was jutting out. Ken fixed it within 10 minutes -- but did not charge me. This is the second time I have used this business and highly recommend them -- for all the right reasons. They do great work -- and they stand by it. There was no reason for Ken not to charge me, but he chose to see the bigger picture and in doing so, gained yet another loyal customer. Spread the word! They took care of my car after an insurance claim. The turn around time was quick. Customer service is great and my car looks brand new! Just be aware that they charge a 4% transaction fee on credit cards. The only way to avoid it is to pay by cash or check. read more

I had a cracked windshield which turned out to be the result of rust, so they guys gave me a fair estimate, sent me before and after photos, did great work sandblasting and grinding away lots of rust, probably more than they expected but they stood by their estimate. My vehicle required repainting in a few areas due to clear coat deterioration from previous repairs from another shop. The vehicle has largely been in the Florida sun for 10 years, so the overall matching of the paint is a challenge. Ken's team completed the vehicle paint work on time, and with really good quality. 100 times better. Okay, yes I had to wait to a couple weeks to bring it in, but I expected this. A good shop is going to have plenty of work to do, so you have to work within their schedule. When I brought it in, they were ready for it, and three days later my vehicle is ready to go. Over the last 6 years I've had work done 3 times. Twice one vehicle needed the rear bumper fixed due to someone hitting the back of the car. Both times the repair was a gouge fill and repaint. Our other car car got the passenger door and rail too close to a cement pillar during a parking attempt and got pretty scraped and dented. Ken and his team did an OUTSTANDING job repairing the annoying and deep dent on my car. He handled the arrangements to try to get it pulled and gave me a very fair estimate which was 30% less than the insurance company's quote. Ken stayed true to his estimate and went above-and-beyond to repair some other dings and scratches. They buffed and detailed the entire car, vacuumed the interior; and, the results are incredible!
