He suggested a white pearl color instead of repainting it red. What? I thought the most practical thing would be to repaint the same color but we trusted Spike every step of the way. The rental car company would send a tow truck and give a ride to the closest location. Not an optimal situation and one that would likely take hours. Joe came out immediately and was super helpful. They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. We were really grateful and appreciated all his help. If they take care of random people this well, I can imagine they treat their customers superbly.
