Art is once again a proven stable in the tint coating business!…read more I called and said I got a new car and the windows are naked. How soon can we resolve this? "I got an opening tomorrow at 6 am" WONDERFUL!! I owned the car for 32 hours before they got it done. Congratulations on the amazing time frame. What made me lose words? ART remember a tint job of mine that was 12 years ago. Stupid stuff like that gives you a good feeling. Art's skills are great, usually when I'd get a car tinted. It would come back with water drip marks on the doors, and trim on the floor. It's almost like a ghost tinted the car. They didn't even adjust the seat. But the most impressive thing about this trip. He cut little holes so the forward camera can see and another for whatever other sensor is there. It's rather amazing he did this and there is no cut seams in the flim.

Outstanding Service at 2 Bit Car Tunes…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott, the owner of 2 Bit Car Tunes, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After posting on a local Facebook group about some issues I was having with the speakers and subwoofers in my car, Scott was one of the few people who took the time to reach out directly. Rather than jumping to conclusions or offering a quick fix over messages, Scott took the professional route and asked to inspect the car in person before making any determinations. That level of care and thoroughness immediately stood out. When I brought my car in, Scott got to work right away. As we walked through the issues, he was already assessing the setup and pointing out multiple problems with the previous installation that I hadn't noticed. Not only did he take the time to walk me through everything he found, but he also took it upon himself to rewire my door speakers to ensure they worked correctly. In addition, he rerouted the wiring for my subwoofer using proper materials, leaving everything looking much cleaner and more professionally installed. Scott went above and beyond, and it truly shows in the quality of his work. His honesty, expertise, and attention to detail are second to none. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the work they do and the customers they serve, Scott at 2 Bit Car Tunes is the person to see. Thank you again, Scott--I couldn't be happier with the results

So, about 6 weeks after Scott replaced my touchscreen, my HVAC panel stopped working. I remember…read morewhen picking up my vehicle, he disclosed that he had to push the HVAC panel back on, but he got it in. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what he said he had to do. I was just happy to have the NAV/radio back to normal, and the HVAC buttons worked, that was all I cared about. It all looked fine. Fast forward 6 weeks and the HVAC panel stopped working out of the blue. Stuck on 75 degrees, and none of the buttons would work. I brought it back to Scott, he took the battery out, thinking it might need a reset, he looked at the panel but said he didn't have an answer and said he'd put me in touch with a friend who might have an answer for me. He never did. I left him messages. Never heard back. I took the vehicle to Nissan and they want to charge me $1,200 for a new HVAC panel and I believe that whatever Scott did to get it back on messed it up. Thanks Scott.

Wow...the Yelp community has done it again in finding a gem! Made an oil change appointment(oil…read morechanges by appointment only) here based on the yelp reviews. Asked them to also check out a squeaking noise that I had been told previously may be very expensive to fix. The oil change was done quickly and for $30 cheaper than other places. The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! This is the kind of service and honesty that has already made me a long term customer. Thanks so much and keep up the great work, it matters!!

It's one thing to review a good or bad experience on workmanship, price, professionalism, and…read morequality of their tint product/warranty, but it's entirely something else when the ONLY business in town refuses to give a tint quote over the phone. What a bad sign that is. I understand stripping old tint off would be a concern and time involved would be a variable, so I asked what he SHOULD know, how much time to install his new tint on 3 windows? He refused to answer that simple question, when 95% of the rest of the tint companies were eager to throw me a quote over the phone. "I got to see it" doesn't fly. He could have talked about the products he uses, how fast his turn around time is, or explain why he wants me to come in person, but he's not a businessman to know these are basic things you "sell" to a customer to earn their business. It's Palm Bay after all, look where he chose to live! I have 4 clean cars, and glass is glass. If he knew anything about cars, he'd understand this glass on this car is relatively flat, making it easy to apply. He doesn't know how to heat up areas to get wrinkles out? Maybe he should do flat glass on residential homes and give up working on cars, since most cars do have curved glass. He must only do Cyber trucks? A child could be taught to apply film, but this isn't Pakistan. The conclusion a customer will make is easy to predict; this shop is afraid of it's own prices. His sales tactics simply waste you time. He hopes after you drive there you don't drive away to keep looking. He tone of voice was not at all inviting either. It NEVER works out when friction starts right from the initial phone call, it's a bad sign. Consider this fact, 12 other tint companies are in town who do give phone quotes. Words mean things - the all said that it's a "rough estimate" or "here is the range" they can hold to, as long as "good condition" was accurate. This is Palm Bay, people have very poor business skills BUT by far, this the worst business minded individual I've been in contact with - besides Wal-Mart and drive up fast food employees who hate minimum wage. 156 ratings in 10 years is pretty poor. Another red flag. If he was making customers happy, he'd get 156 ratings a year. It's not the 5 stars, it's the number of happy customers who take the time to give a review, in this case a bad one well deserved. I told him I'd continue looking for businesses willing to give a phone quote and he was fast to hang up when a real businessman wouldn't have acted like a hot head but evaluated his poor practices and made an exception, by continuing to communicate. If he can't communicate, how would he ever handle a problem? You can see how he handles problems in his reviews. Do not go to the Darkside! His business name fits.
