I waited a few weeks before reviewing to see how the after experience went. And I'm pleased to report it's been positive all around! From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I left a message saying I was interested and someone called me within five minutes to discuss all of the options for tinting my vehicle. 15 minutes after that, I had a full quote in my inbox with all of the potential options. They offer three types of film, good, better, and best. And they're willing to tint all your windows and even could do a clear ceramic on your windshield. I easily scheduled an appointment over the phone. I was out of there within an hour having all four windows tinted. I do not know why they installed multiple layers of tints on my car. I discussed and agreed to install 5% Pinnacle all around, and they ended up placing double 15% in the front and the rear window. The film ended up with BUBBLES! When I called them about the problem, they said they needed to approve my request and asked me to send pictures. After following up several times, they said they would fix the problem, but did not have any available appointments for more than a month. I asked about weekend appointments, and I was told they do not perform warranty repairs during the weekends. This resulted in having to take time off from work to have this fixed. "Ultimately" (pun intended), I decided to call Llumar about the issue, and I was recommended a different installer that does a large amount of business with them. After going to the Llumar recommended installer, it was found that the tints that were installed that were BUBBLING were double layered 15%. They installed tint on top of tint. This is extremely unethical and irresponsible. If they ran out of the tint, they should have just told me that they don't have 5%. They were more interested in billing me for the $400+ installation than losing a client because they did not have the inventory in stock. So, they ended up installing a double layer of film, which "Ultimately" needed to be replaced because any installer knows that you NEVER install wet tint on top of wet tint. IT NEVER WORKS. I recommend customers sort on the negative reviews and you will see what is real here. They were so nice on the phone and in person. It was weird how nice they were being. It is because they do not know WTF they're doing and are basically a RIP OFF! read more

My boyfriend made the appointment to get my 2025 BMW tinted. I got it done but I noticed after a day that my back windshield wasn't looking good on the bottom where the 'matrix dots' are. The tint is not actually sticking to the windshield so it looks very blotchy at the bottom. There are parts of the side windows that look like that too. When I called to tell them my concern they asked for pictures and the lady said she would do a "warranty claim". We set an apt for them to take a look at it and at the appointment the man pretty much said there is nothing he can do. That BMW's and other luxury cars have the 'matrix dots' and that apparently, they knew that this was going to happen. No warning about anything prior to getting the tint. When I told him I wasn't happy with his answer he continued to tell me there was nothing he can do and to call the 'ladies at the back office.' I then called the same day multiple times around 10am and no one answered the phone. Right after that I received a text asking how they can help. I called again and finally I was able to speak with someone. They had the supervisor call me and the supervisor told me the same thing that the previous person told me, so then when I told him I wasn't happy with how my brand new car looked he didn't offer any type of compensation or replacement. He said that if they were to replace it the same thing was going to happen and that if they take the tint off the back windshield that it could cause more damage. So here I am with apparently no option on how to move forward. So, then I suggested a partial refund, he then offered me $50 off of the original $420 price. I told him that wasn't enough so then he offered me $75. I received the partial refund but am still absolutely not satisfied. As a business, this company should have understood my concerns and tried to fix it but instead they threw their hands in the air and pretty much said I am screwed and there is nothing I can do. I will now be taking my car to another tint place to try and get this mess fixed and paying probably double the money to fix what they had messed up in my back windshield. read more

I brought my car in to have my old bubbling and peeling tint removed and have new tint put on. It was in really bad condition and they had their work cut out for them for sure. Like true professionals, they took my car in and did a phenomenal job! On my back window specifically they used some extra techniques to save my defogger lines as most places I got quotes from told me I would most likely lose them in the removal. They went above and beyond and found a way to save my defogger lines and remove all of the old adhesive without any damage at all. The two men who worked on my car were Chris and Mark and I will happily recommend this place to any and all of my friends, family, and coworkers. 10/10 will be bringing any future cars here as well. read more

Was really excited to have my windows tinted here given how strong and proactive the communication was leading up to the appointment. When I arrived, it all fell apart. I walked in and the man there (name started with an H, Hector maybe? Only know because his YouTube account was logged in on the TV, he never said it) didn't greet me. He kept moving about the shop without acknowledging I was there. He came over and asked "What are you here for". Bumpy intro but I shared I was there for my 9AM appointment. He looked confused and began to fumble with one of the two iPads on stands at the mobile cash register. He asked if I already picked my tint and I did but wasn't sure why he was asking if this was already confirmed. I shared it again and he noted it. A little concerned the details I previously confirmed weren't making it to the shop. He asked for my key and that was it. I told him I was going to hang around to wait for my Uber. I went into the waiting area which overall would be really nice if it was taken care of. The coffee station was messy and full of termite wings. I was likely the first one in for the day so to see no one cleaned up was disappointing. Then the TV didn't work. I tried to fix it but the internet wouldn't connect and they don't subscribe to any cable or streaming from what I could tell. The Xbox wasn't plugged in and the overall cable management of the area looks rough. I was greeted again with 1,000s of termite wings. The shop clearly has a problem but the least you can do is clean up the wings between swarms while you wait to have it treated. I would also consider warning your customers because the last thing I want to do is bring them home with me. I left and was notified via text about 3 hours later the car was ready. I came back and the same man was there. He again asked "What are you here for" and didn't appear to remember me. I paused and gave it a minute then followed up with I was picking up my car and was notified it was ready. He lit up a little and I could see he must have remember now given the time. He tapped on the iPad and spun it around to show the total. I recall from the pre appointment communication you sign an agreement which breaks on the cost for the services, tax, and other details. This was just one number on the screen. I asked him if this was the entire cost or just the charge for the tint because the number appeared higher if it was just for the tint. He said this was for everything and they roll it all together when they do removals and tinting. Felt sort of strange because before I saw it itemized and now it was all hidden. Would have rather seen the cost for each service. After payment he said we were all set. I asked him if there was any sort of treatment or care I need to take with the new tint and then he remembered to tell me about not rolling the windows down for 5 days. Disappointed I had to remind him to include that. I've had tint before but it is something you don't want to forget to tell someone because you can ruin it pretty quick. I asked him why they have so many termites everywhere. He said they told management and are unsure when it will be addressed. Sad to see a few simple customer service elements could have made this a great visit. I've had the tint for about a week and have no complaints. I'll still end up going somewhere else because of the termite issue and lacking customer service. read more

My total for the accord was $260 but they did have an offer within the Yelp app for a $20 for $40 off deal and I did use that.
