I had gone on a 10K mile road trip so to say my truck needed some love would be an understatement. Thiago was courteous, prompt and very helpful when booking the appointment. Joshua came out and did a wonderful job on my truck. I asked him if he had replaced my truck with a new one haha my truck was truly cleaner than the day I bought it. He did such a wonderful job with it. It's also super convenient that he was able to my home and do it all on the spot. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

We just picked up my Lexus IS350 from Detail Masters. They did a Chrome-delete around the windows and added front window tint. These guys did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I'm super happy with them. Definitely 5 Stars out of 5! read more

I have a confession, I'm super late on this review-- I got called out on it today... I've been getting my car detailed here since I bought it, Lucien, in October 2023. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!! read more

I did the Masters VIP Package because my dog threw up on my drivers seat and needed to get it shampooed. When I received the car, I was amazed with the results and pricing. For what it included I think it's priced very well and my car looks and smells great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable during the wait. I was truly thankful for their hospitality and performance. I will definitely come back! They also responded very fast and scheduled me in very quick through Yelp! read more

Excellent service. I booked for mobile detail at my home. They did a great job on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. Costs was a little more than originally thought but that was because the vehicle had a lot of dirt and other issues from sitting for a period of time. All 3 guys worked non-stop and Thiago (may have mis-spelled) was AWESOME by phone in communication, polite and easy process overall. read more

Tinted my tesla and did a great job. Clear communication and answered any questions we had.

Found this place through YELP and I am really glad I did. They did a fantastic job with Washing/Waxing and applying leather conditioner to our car. The price was more than fair and beat ANYTHING I found locally in Brevard. I will DEFINITELY be going back with all of my cars now and I am really glad to have found Thiago and crew there. If you live anywhere close go make a day out of it and get your car taken care of. read more

Called and scheduled a 9:00am with Chris for a VIP package detail. This included the Interior and exterior of the vehicle, upholstery, and clay bar. Cost was $180 which isn't bad for the depth of the detail. Tiago checked me in the morning. I received text confirmation that my appointment was booked and when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Vehicle was returned at 1:00pm. Car smelled great! They did a great job cleaning the upholstery and addressing the dog Oder. Tire wells and rims we're cleaned well. Overall great work! read more

These guys did a fantastic job. They were super responsive from the beginning and able to quickly reschedule with me when needed. Most of all though, they did an absolutely phenomenal job on my car. My headlights looked brand new! Will definitely recommend and use again. read more

I just took my car in for the ceramic coating and had a great experience. Chris (the owner) was very helpful and super friendly. He explained what options were available (2 year, 5 year and lifetime) as well as adding in the wheels and interior if I chose to. The car came out shiny and beautiful and will be protected from the harsh Florida elements. I am really happy with the results Chris and his team provided! read more

They did a great job on our Tacoma and older Camry. Our truck does a lot of adventuring and was really dirty inside and in the bed. They did a fantastic job making it shine again. Super responsive, flexible with timing and professional. read more

Outstanding! Incredibly reliable, arrived on time. Did a wonderful job making my car look like it did when I bought it, shiny and clean. The best part was cleaning my carpet and mats, I play tennis on clay courts and don't change my shoes before I get in the car so they were pretty green and Nadi. No evidence left of the Clay. They did a great job on the windows I can see clearly out my front window now. I look forward to using them again. Very professional and reasonably priced read more

First of all, I will DEFINITELY be calling these guys again to detail my car. Because W O W. I had stains on my back seat (chocolate milk & juice spills from my daughter), dirt in places on the floor & under the seats that my vacuum couldn't get to, bird poop stains on one of the sides of the doors, the rims were tinted from dirt & grime.. My car was just a MESS. It did not look the way it did when I first got it. Soooo, my husband & I decided that it was finally time to contact Detail Masters. The guys are awesome. Christian, the owner, is so nice & really descriptive. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on & what him & his crew were doing. You can tell they all love what they do, & the results show it! The guys also held conversations with us at one point, including our little girl. We all talked & joked as if it was just a couple old friends catching up. THAT is amazing customer service, & I, as a customer & a person, really appreciate that! We've been following their work on their Instagram page for about a year now, but this was the first time we contacted them to have work done on our vehicle (& it's definitely not our last!). Like I mentioned before, my car looks excellent, looks like it came straight off the dealership lot. They got all the seat stains out, the floors are absolutely spotless, there are no scratch marks inside or on the outside of the vehicle, it smells GREAT, the trunk is spotless, the dash looks brand new, the paint is restored, the inside smells G R E A T! Haha For the price we paid, we are completely satisfied! Detail Masters has a lifetime client with us. On top of major detailing packages, they also do weekly or bi-weekly maintenance packages, something that peaked my interest! They also have headlight restoration, & that is so the next thing on my list! Thank you soooo so much Detail Masters! You guys f*cking rock! You guys stay safe while you're out there performing vehicle miracles! read more

Walked in for a pro master 1 and they did outstanding job, great value. Was going to octopus before but got tired of their poor quality jobs and this was a great change. The brothers at Detail Masters stand by their work and are very knowledgeable - I am so glad I chose to trust them with my brand new car. From my very first call to Detail Masters I instantly felt right at home. I was told to stop by anytime for them to check out my headlights for restoration. I can't wait to bring it back for detailing. read more

It's been a while since we had our cars washed. We live in Winter Garden, so we could only get them to come out if it was at least 2 cars. Communication was great throughout from scheduling, providing ETA, and texting upon arrival per my request (due to baby napping in the house). We had them do the wash and wax. My wife and I are happy with the result. It feels like we are driving brand new cars. Will definitely use them again! read more

I'm speechless. Christian and the crew were absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for better services. I have been exposed to a lot of really good professional car detailers but this guy hands-down is probably One of the best I have seen. As I said in the check in, these guys showed excellent customer service, total respect for the customer as well as the car, Extremely professional, they were extremely knowledgeable; had great products and their entire set up Made the car detailing process run very smooth. I would recommend this guy to anybody I know, and anybody I don't know, lol. I'm not easily impressed but the guys did a great job and the cars came out amazing. Please try these guys out. read more

I emailed Chris, the owner, to ask if they would detail my 2003 Ford F-350 Dually. I was hoping to get it done today since we'll be too busy next week and then we're leaving ( we're full time RVers) He sent a crew within about an hour! This crew of 2, Luis and a helper, did a spectacular job! My truck didn't look this clean when I bought it in 2004! I highly recommend Chris and his crews read more

This place sets the standard in both quality service and how you will be treated. Total cut above. First of all it's a family business (3 brothers all work here) you'll feel like they adopted you as soon as you walk in. I was offered water/soda, wifi, and a ride nearby while I waited. I called ahead for detailing but showed up super late (about an hour before closing) and they still made it happen for me. Also worth mentioning that I am 100% confident I rolled in with the filthiest car this place has beared witness to in a long time and the VIP detail I went with was worth every penny. I opted to go here because while other local options were similarly highly rated, all the other online reviews for Detail Masters consistently mention friendly service and I felt like a place with a little extra graciousness to be cool about the disaster that was my interior was necessary. Super grateful for Chris who answered phone when I first called and greeted me upon arrival with friendliness and big smile that didn't fade even after he assessed my situation. THANK YOU DETAIL MASTERS! read more

Outstanding service. These guys came out today and spent nearly four hours on our Jeep. It looks brand new. So thorough. I bought this VIP detail for a Christmas gift, and the owner was a pleasure to communicate back and forth with to help me figure out what to get.
