He didn't do a bad job. The upholstery got cleaned well. He needed to plug in his wet vacuum and there were no outlets available so I had to run around helping him to find a place to plug in. The windshield was really streaky, which Im sure he would have taken care of if I had noticed it but I didn't until I went to drive later on. One of my windows squeaks loudly now when I roll it down, not blaming him but it didn't do that before. Price was about what others charge but I personally wouldn't call him again. Maybe just an off day? I dont know. He was nice enough and very willing to correct any problem that I noticed just not what I expected. read more

I really don't like following workers around looking for things they didn't do. Actually, I looked at the normal "end of the job" and just kept finding areas that had been skipped/missed or only done poorly. At one point during the job I asked what product was being used and Derrick said it was claybar. I know what the first generation of claybar looks like, and I know there have been some advances/changes in that kind of product. But I don't think that a large cloth used with something in a spray bottle is "claybar". Anyway, I finally got tired of saying that this and that need to be looked at more closely. I will acknowledge that Derrick carries his own water and lots of equipment: pressure washer, generator, buffer, water tank, and probably other things. But the areas missed are numerous. I regret that this report may negatively impact the business of the individual I hired. But many of us in the community rely on the reviews in making buying/hiring decisions. Messages for a car was. They got back to me on yelp and scheduled appointment. Very easy and straightforward. So far so good. Took the afternoon off of work to be home for the two hour window. 20 min before the end of the window I tried calling and texting. Got a text back saying that he is 40 minutes away and didn't have a confirmed appointment. I texted a picture of the confirmation on yelp and they said I was out of the service area anyways.
