First off, my car looks STUNNING now! After putting it through 70,000 miles and a recent camping trip in the sand/mud, I tried not to have high expectations. I know how hard it is to get the sand out of carpet, and my seats have dealt with quite a few spills over the past few years that I couldn't figure out how to clean all the way. Much to my surprise, ever since inch of my car was literally shining by the end of the day. I could tell the guy working that day took extra care, even though his other two coworkers had called out that morning. The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! Plus, it was walking distance from the rest of the businesses in the Waterford Lakes Plaza and across the street from home. If I ever need a thorough wash, they'll be seeing me again. read more

This was my first time going to this car wash, because I really wanted my seats deep cleaned and thought it was nice that you could so while you waited. I opted for the $65 ultimate wash (+$5 for it being a crossover or "suv"), and I'm sad to say it was very disappointing. On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean. I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice. UPDATE: lowering to 2 stars, because it's been almost a week and I attempted to contact them to get the spots actually cleaned (email and phone). No response. read more

I'm impressed. Just $35 got me a wash, wax, tires shined, door jams cleaned, interior shined/vacuumed and windows cleaned. Pretty much a full detail minus the engine bay being cleaned. The staff was very friendly and got my Benz done in the amount of time it took me to workout at LA. What brought me back was their amazing customer service. Each and every associate is friendly, funny and seemingly enjoying their time here despite the horrible Florida weather. The car wash wants you to pay and tip upfront before you schedule. Well I paid for the pinnacle. However I did not tip and I'm glad I did not. I have short dog hair. So they guy said it's so much it's embedded in the carpet. Not true. Then he told me my wheels were rusted and they were not coming clean. Not true. He said he was the GM and he had to send his 2 workers home because they were not cleaning like they were suppose to. He was very nice however. He keep saying if I would have spent more money on the one package above the pinnacle then he would have spent more time. I took pictures. I scratched the dirt off my wheels. I told him I will not come back. He also took a picture of my DL. Because people dispute their charges. Oh and the don't clean the inside back windshield either. Smh. It will not allow me to upload my video of my wiping dirt and my nail marks off the wheels. I told the GM I would not be back. I heard alot of excuses and it was hot. Severely disappointed with the quality of work done detailing my vehicle. I spent $70 to have a high end detailing done on my car which was scheduled to take 1hr 15mins. It rained for about 20 mins and call it another 10 to stop the residual wetness, so understandably my car was delayed due to being an outside service. However, maybe 30 mins of rain delayed my car for over an hour. They also missed glaring sections of my car in the detailing, where half of the leather seats were cleaned and large sections were ignored. Similarly the hard services in the interior were all wet when they did give it back instead of being toweled down. Also for whatever reason, all of my tire air caps were completely loose with one missing entirely. I will not be going back and I recommend if you get any service here, a low end quick vacuum or the like at most. read more

My car was filthy, it had been months since a good wash and about a year and half since a good inside detailing and I dropped it off on a Saturday morning and they went right to work on the car. The shampooing of the inside was amazing I had dog vomit on on my seats, and dog hair everywhere and they made my car look as though I just bought the thing. My car looks awesome BUT the website is very deceiving to say the least. It makes promises that the people actually cleaning the cars can't make. So I made an appointment last night for 1:00 pm and it said it would take 45 minutes. Thank goodness my daughter went with her car because when I arrived the guy told me it would be an hour and 45 minutes! He said they would text when it was ready. After two hours and 25 minutes we went back to see if the car was ready. It was ready BUT no one had texted to tell me. Then I had to pay an additional $5 because I had an SUV. I asked where this was online and the guy explained it was at the VERY bottom and that you had to scroll down to find it. Very deceiving! So I used really like this company, been coming for years. But the last two cleanings have been terrible. The cleaning previous to this experience , the stirring wheel and cup holder were not cleaned at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I understand there are good and bad people and I've had good experiences in the past... This time, they didn't clean the back door to my truck, the sand from beach was still found on the outside doors and found on the seats. They didn't remove all of the dirt marks on the leather seats. After I told them what wasn't clean, he had an attitude, grab a dirty rag and tried to whip some of the dirt off. Needless to say, I will no longer bring my car back. read more

Went there with my new car to get it washed and waxed. We had to wait almost two hours but that was understandable they were busy. When we came back we were tired and didn't notice until we parked again and saw a huge scratch mark where the paint came off. I have gotten my car washed multiple times at Green Phantom for convenience of time and place. I am able to drop my car off and run errands in the Town Center as my car is washing. I feel that when I am paying for a service it should be done thoroughly and properly. On multiple occasions I have paid for my car wash and left tip on a job that I have felt is not up to par. On my last visit I decided to pay for a more expensive wash expecting better results than before, when I was sadly disappointed again. Over the last year I have probably had them detail my car 3 or 4 times but my wife would bring her car to them every month or so. They have always done a great job on both of our cars. Well today I was at Waterford and baby needed a bath. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and that was just perfect since we were not in a hurry. You pull in and just leave the driver door open for them and then come back when you are finished shopping. We finished our shopping and when we returned, baby was all shined up. My wife and I took a walk around the car and looked inside and they did a great job. For $20, the did a great job so of course I left a nice tip. They always treat me right. I asked if they do a hand wax since it was not listed on the sign but they said to let them know and they are willing to do it. have always gone to the detail shop up the street from me but I am willing to give them a shot since they always do a great job when I drop by... This is a local car wash stand that Ive passed by in Waterford for several years now. I recently purchased a new vehicle and am determined to keep it hand wash only (which I usually do myself). When I find myself short on time to wash the car, but am in the area for a little while, I'll drop it off here and usually get just the Eco ($15) wash. It comes with exterior detailing and a light wax, as well as rim and tire dressing. The next level up is the Basic, and costs $25 which includes all from the Eco level, but also includes door jambs, some light interior detailing and vacuum. Generally it takes about an hour or an hour and a half for then to text me the car is done, but usually never longer unless it's REALLY busy. The staff are super nice and very accommodating of minor requests (ie. Careful of this or that; special attention to the rims etc.). I tip ALWAYS, and ESPECIALLY when I make a request. It is important to note, this is a hand car wash service and they work in the Florida heat. Sometimes there will be minor water spots (it rains often, duh). Sometimes they're super busy and they might miss something minor. They ALWAYS ask for you to inspect your car before paying and will ALWAYS make sure they fix anything you might find (again within reason). Overall I highly recommend this car wash service, and if you're willing to pay the little extra to avoid scratches and dents from a mechanical car wash, and have a much more thorough job that you can show off as you drive, I can't recommend Green Phantom enough! read more

Go with a basic wash. I got the pinnacle on 2 vehicles back to back. Disappointed to say the least. Employees needlessly cursing each other. Touch up on several spots missed on both vehicles. It was convenient to drop off and swap vehicles, just not worth the price paid Basic service is sufficient. I'm sure I won't go back. Will observe while shopping in the area to see how the crew changes hopefully for the better. It is certainly a tough job especially in the summer heat I understand but professionalism and attention to detail are a must in any business. read more

These guys are great! I am generally skeptical of car wash places, but I took a leap of faith and trusted their previous reviews and I was not disappointed! I had the basic deal done for $20 which covers the typical cleaning of exterior and interior and it was worth every dollar. They got rid of all the annoying spots I couldn't scrub away and got it done in 20minutes! My car looked like it just rolled out of the dealership in the end. I brought my car in after making an appointment online. When they started my vehicle it was past the appointment time, not an issue. They serviced the vehicle with my request NOT to wax it so I belive my hatchback should have been done on time, however it wasn't. I wouldn't have complained about the time but since I realized 7 days post-service that my service was shit even though I paid for the Full Service, I decided to post this review. I reached out to the company but there was no way to speak to anyone as all they have is an answering machine so here's my review after I emailed them a complaint. So, 30 minutes past my scheduled time, I got a text my vehicle was ready. I was already sitting nearby. When I go over to get my keys from the guy, he asked if I was happy with the service - I peek in it smells clean and looks clean, but I notice the two front seats were not clean or shined. I look in the back (not entirely as the front seat was in the way of the entire back seat area and I had an appointment to get to after this one) I pointed out that they had shined most of the interior but forgot to two front seats. He shined it quickly and off I went. After my next appointment, it was too dark to see anything so I forgot and moved about my week like normal. I went to put things in my back seat when I realized they had partially done the rear seating area. They use some greasy mess of a shine so it is easy to see on my brand new BLACK seats (granted they are leatherette seats but for that reason it is VERY noticeable). They did not wipe down the back or side of the front seats, they have greasy prints all over the plastic parts of the doors and they forgot to do one of the three part seating in the back, leaving a large hand print of grease I assume from where they pushed off to get out of the car. I tried to work the product in but have mercy, that shit is awful. Its spotty in many places. It looks like some cheap service that I would have never chosen to go for but my boss had taken his brand new Corvette there so I assumed they would do a decent job on my new, not so expensive car. I was wrong. I made an appointment for a reason and it seems they hurried right through my vehicle and I am left with a greasy mess. Disappointed to say the least. read more

This is an eco-friendly car wash so no water or runoff. The guys were friendly and quite thorough with washing my car. They got all the little nock and crannies. Bad experience. Things to consider before going here. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 a.m. and due to the package I purchased, it was an hour-long appointment. I showed up early by 15 minutes and dropped off the vehicle. I specifically asked how long it would take, and they said I could pick it up by 1 p.m. (1.5 hours later). This place is 100% outside, so there is no car wash 'shop' and no customer seating or inside areas. It's a bunch of tarps strung up outside of the Waterford Lakes shopping area in the middle of a parking lot! So, no where to go, I had to walk around and make myself busy until 1 p.m. I arrive back at 1 p.m. and they're still working on my car. I said how much longer and they said (since it was starting to rain/drizzle), it will be at least another 45 minutes to an hour IF it doesn't start raining - if it starts raining, it'll be another 45 minutes to an hour AFTER it STOPS raining!!! Had to go around and sit in Barnes and Noble for another hour before my phone was texted that it was time to pick up my vehicle. I paid $65 to have the exterior and interior waxed, washed, shampoo'd and detailed, and they still left dried up liquid and other marks everywhere!!! They had totally forgotten about all the door jambs and I had to stand there while they did them. They forgot both driver/passenger visor mirrors and a host of other areas in the car. I'll give the cleaning of the exterior/interior a C- at best, and the outside a C. Wasn't worth more than $20 and with the 2.5 hour wait on an appt that stated 1 hours to completions, I'll give them an F! This was literally a worse experience than sitting in a dealership for hours! At least they have chairs, a/c, coffee, and don't promise you a specific time for completion! I'll never be back here!!! read more

I stopped going to them for a little while but recently started beck because the quality if the other location I started to go to fell off. I usually dont respond to reviews vs leaving my own. however, i have lived near waterford town center for over 4 years,my wife and i personally divert from our normal route home on weekends every 2/3 weeks to get our car cleaned and i have NEVER had anything stolen. I do, however, recall one of the workers actually found $37 in the under crevice between my seats,money i didn't even know about. I assumed he was being slick because I actually misplaced $47,(so RED FLAG at the time). When i confronted him, he searched the car and after 3 mins found a withered and torn $10!! in their vacuum machine. I personally gave him $20 in tip for that. I love going to this car wash more so because of gestures like that(& prices of course :D ) but Im entirely shocked if that really was the case,but again im not a judge or jury.
